The 46.9m expedition yacht RJ was delivered to her owners in 2025 by Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche. She features exterior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design and interior styling by Salvagni Architetti.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.8m beam and a 2.65m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was completed at Cantiere delle Marche's Cantiere delle Marche yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2025.
Exterior Design
Francesco Paszkowski’s exterior design brings a sleek, sporty edge to the vessel, characterised by clean horizontal lines, subtle curves, and a sense of forward motion. Elongated overhangs on the sundeck and upper deck create generous shaded terraces, enhancing the yacht’s indoor-outdoor flow.
RJ’s profile balances a rugged stance with elegant proportions. Deck spaces are laid out with exploration in mind, offering ample relaxation areas aft on the main and upper decks, complemented by an expansive sundeck. Tenders are housed on the upper deck forward, while a large lazarette accessible from the swim platform provides storage for an impressive range of toys, including SUP boards, electric scooters, bikes, and diving equipment. This versatile stern arrangement has become a hallmark of CdM explorers.
Interior Design
RJ’s interior, curated by Achille Salvagni, departs from typical nautical styling, delivering sculptural forms, custom furnishings, and a refined atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Salvagni’s approach infuses the yacht with a sense of elegance and calm, using considered design to create a space that reflects both intellect and character. The result is a yacht that feels like a thoughtfully designed home on the water, blending the functionality of an expedition vessel with the comforts of luxury living.
The layout connects the interior and exterior spaces, with large windows and sliding doors opening onto the shaded terraces, ensuring natural light and views are always part of the experience. The main saloon and dining areas are designed for flexibility, catering to relaxed family time as well as formal entertaining. The helm station, integrated into the yacht’s design vision, is both practical and stylish, with a clean, user-friendly setup that maintains the yacht’s design integrity.
Accommodation
RJ accommodates up to 12 guests across five cabins. The owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck, providing a private retreat that includes a generously equipped gym tailored to the owners’ personal requests. The remaining four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, positioned amidships for stability and comfort.
Spanning three decks plus a large sundeck, RJ provides ample space for guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The aft areas of the main and upper decks are dedicated to outdoor relaxation, offering expansive, shaded terraces ideal for socialising or simply taking in the views.
Crew accommodation is arranged to support long-range cruising, with dedicated quarters designed for the full complement of nine.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 1,200hp engines, motor yacht RJ is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 66,400 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 9 knots.
