The 43.6m motor yacht The Lady K was delivered to her owners in 2005 by Dutch shipyard Heesen. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Omega Architects, while Heesen is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.3m beam and a 3m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 442 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2003. She was delivered to her owners in April 2005.
Accommodation
The Lady K offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412E-DITA) 12-cylinder 999hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht The Lady K is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 66,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,031 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The Lady K also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
