26m Pershing 8X Motor Yacht Survivor Sold

The 26 metre yacht Survivor has been sold, with Ventura Yachts concluding the deal through its Marbella and London offices. Richard Scott represented the buyer, while Michael Newton-Woof acted on behalf of the seller.

The Pershing 8X was delivered in 2022 and was designed entirely by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design. Pershing developed the yacht’s naval architecture, pairing lightweight construction through the use of carbon fibre with the brand’s performance-focused approach.

The interior of the yacht follows the modern, performance-oriented styling synonymous with the Pershing brand, pairing contemporary furnishings with carbon fibre detailing and metallic finishes. Expansive glazing along the main deck draws natural light into the salon, where a lounge area and dining space are arranged within an open-plan layout connected directly to the helm station. The yacht’s 96GT volume allows for a spacious feel onboard while maintaining the sleek proportions associated with the Pershing 8X platform.

With styling by Fulvio De Simoni, the motor yacht features the sharp lines and low-profile silhouette that define the Pershing 8X series. Her silver finish, streamlined superstructure and wide expanses of glass contribute to an aggressive yet refined exterior appearance. Outdoor spaces include foredeck seating with a table, multiple sunpad areas, an exterior bar and a swim platform positioned close to the water. The Pershing 8X model has also earned industry recognition, winning the Custom Yachts category at the Motor Boat Awards 2021 and reaching finalist status at the Asia Boating Awards 2019 in the Best Sportscruiser (above 55ft) category.

Guest accommodation aboard the boat is arranged across four cabins for up to eight guests, comprising a full-beam owner’s suite, a VIP cabin and two twin guest cabins. The yacht’s 5.86-metre beam provides generous interior proportions throughout the accommodation spaces, which are finished in a contemporary style consistent with the rest of the yacht. Separate crew quarters accommodate up to three crew members, including the captain.

Twin MTU V16 2000 M96L diesel engines power Survivor, enabling the yacht to achieve a top speed of 48 knots and a cruising speed of 45 knots. Her lightweight planing hull and shallow 1.4-metre draft support fast, efficient cruising performance.

According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the largest yacht database in the world, Survivor was listed at a last known asking price of €4,750,000.
