The CRN yacht is listed for sale with David Westwood and Alex Heyes of TWW Yachts, she is one of the youngest yachts in her size category on today’s brokerage market.
Delivered in 2022 by Italian shipyard CRN, the yacht for sale is one of the most distinguished yachts of her generation recognized for her naval architecture and exterior design at the 2023 BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards. She also received a nomination at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards in the 500GT–1,499GT category.
Design & Construction
Designed by Omega Architects with interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, the motor yacht for sale was built to Lloyd’s Register standards with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. She spans four decks with a beam of 11.2 meters, a draft of 3.15 meters, and a gross tonnage of 1,218 GT.
Her bold profile, which helped secure her awards recognition, features a plumb bow, reverse sheer along the main deck, and elongated coupe-like lines. Cut-away bulwarks and dynamic fashion plates emphasize her sporty stance, while a substantial foredeck accommodates tenders and water toys for extended exploration.

Exterior Lifestyle
Outdoor living defines the character of the superyacht for sale. The aft beach club is fitted with spa facilities, including a hammam, massage area, and steam shower, creating a space that connects directly to the sea.

The private owner’s deck offers an exclusive retreat, complete with Paola Lenti furnishings, a spa pool, and panoramic views.

Across her decks, guests can choose between al fresco dining for up to 12 guests, shaded lounges, or sundeck gatherings beside the pool, with bars positioned on every level to complete the experience.

Interior Design
Inside, Rio departs from convention with a vivid and contemporary palette. White lacquered furniture contrasts with walnut flooring, while turquoise, pink, and blue accents enliven the spaces.

The main saloon is anchored by a circular Poltrona Frau dining table for 12 and a bar clad in Brazilian Azul Macaubas marble, whose wave-like pattern mirrors the sea outside. Custom lighting defines each area, ensuring moods can shift with the occasion.

The owner’s suite is a private sanctuary with panoramic views, a large dressing area, and his-and-hers bathrooms.
A glass-walled shower and bathtub overlook the sea, while hand-stitched blue leathers and custom wall panels echo her ocean-inspired theme.
Other guest spaces carry their own personalities, from pastel greens to bold red-brown tones, ensuring each cabin feels distinct. One guest cabin has been converted into a gym, while the beach club at the stern underscores her wellness focus.
Accommodation
Rio accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, including three full-beam suites. The owner’s deck suite offers complete privacy, complemented by an office and lounge space, while two VIP suites on the main and lower decks deliver king-size comfort with en suite marble bathrooms.

The three remaining guest cabins add further variety, with custom styling throughout. Crew quarters for 15 are laid out to support extended cruising with the highest levels of service.
Performance
Rio is powered by twin Caterpillar 3512C ACERT engines, giving her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 15 knots. With a range of 4,500 nautical miles, she is capable of transoceanic passages. Her technical refinement extends to advanced noise and vibration reduction, with levels measured at just 45dB in the owner’s suite and 50dB in the main saloon while in harbor.
