Yachts for Bitcoin: Gulf Craft Embraces Crypto Payments

Gulf Craft has officially introduced cryptocurrency payments for yacht purchases, refits, and services, becoming one of the first major Middle Eastern builders to enable digital transactions.

The new system, developed in partnership with Bahrain-based fintech ARP Pay, allows clients to pay using stablecoins like USDT and USDC, which are instantly converted to AED or USD at the time of transaction.

The move follows a successful pilot sale partially settled in crypto and positions Gulf Craft among a growing list of marine companies embracing digital currencies. The initiative is aimed at reducing transaction costs, speeding up international deals, and catering to a rising base of crypto-wealthy yacht buyers.

Whether a client is taking delivery of a Majesty or Nomad yacht, they can now transact through a channel that is fast, transparent and fully compliant.

UAE Strengthens Position in Crypto Innovation

This move positions Gulf Craft at the forefront of digital transformation in yachting. Backed by the UAE’s pro-crypto regulatory environment including VARA regulations, fintech free zones, and global innovation policies, the initiative further cements the country’s leadership in both maritime and financial sectors.

The UAE was built on maritime trade and early adoption of new ideas. Embracing regulated digital payments is a natural next step
