Built below the 500 GT threshold, the Rossinavi superyacht pairs exterior design by Alberto Mancini Yacht Design with interiors by Achille Salvagni Architetti, with the project developed in close collaboration with the owner and their representative.
Launched on January 26, 2026, the yacht reflects a tightly coordinated design and build process overseen by SeaNet SuperYachts’ Matty Zadnikar, acting as owner’s representative throughout construction. The result is a 53m platform focused on outdoor living, panoramic owner spaces, and quiet operation at anchor, while maintaining Rossinavi’s established expertise in aluminum construction.
Owner-Led Design Drives Layout Decisions
From the outset, Heed was conceived as a yacht to be actively used rather than admired from afar. The owner was closely involved during development, working alongside Rossinavi and the design teams to shape layout decisions, deck planning, and onboard functionality.
That hands-on approach is evident across the yacht’s arrangement, particularly in the emphasis on large open areas, direct sea access, and owner privacy. According to Federico Rossi, the project was driven by practicality as much as aesthetics, with an emphasis on how the yacht would function day to day rather than purely visual statements.
The exterior design follows a contemporary architectural language, defined by clean lines, controlled proportions, and restrained detailing. A metallic grey hull finish has been selected to accentuate the yacht’s sculpted geometry. The color interacts with changing light conditions throughout the day, emphasizing surface transitions and giving the yacht a subtly shifting character without relying on decorative elements.
Working within the 499 GT threshold allowed us to rethink proportion and space with greater freedom..."

Alberto Mancini Yacht Design
According to Alberto Mancini, working within the sub-500 Gross Ton threshold created opportunities to rethink spatial relationships, particularly in the placement of the owner’s suite and the treatment of exterior volumes.
Full-Height Glazing on the Main Deck
The main deck is arranged around a fully glazed saloon that runs the full beam, creating uninterrupted views and a strong sense of openness. Large windows bring natural light deep into the interior, reinforcing the yacht’s focus on visual connection with the surrounding environment.
Forward of the saloon, a panoramic dining area sits on the same level, distinguished by a fold-down balcony on the starboard side. When deployed, the balcony extends the dining space outward, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor flow without compromising the integrity of the deck layout when closed.
Aft Beach Club With Expanding Platforms
At sea level, Heed’s beach club is designed as a primary leisure area rather than a secondary space. The aft platform features a pool and fold-down side terraces, expanding the usable footprint when at anchor and creating a wide, open interface with the water.
The design supports swimming, lounging, and water sports activity, with the emphasis placed on ease of access and flexibility. When the terraces are lowered, the beach club becomes a broad waterfront terrace, reinforcing the yacht’s overall focus on outdoor living.
Private Owner Deck With Dedicated Pool
One of the defining features of Heed is the placement of the owner’s suite forward on the upper deck. This position separates the owner’s accommodation from guest circulation while providing elevated views and a quieter onboard environment. The suite opens directly onto a private forward outdoor area, where a dedicated swimming pool is positioned immediately ahead of the cabin. Designed for both relaxation and active use, the pool allows swimming against the current and serves as a visual extension of the interior space.
This configuration takes advantage of the motor yacht’s volume while remaining within 499 GT, rethinking how owner spaces can be arranged without increasing tonnage.
Observation Deck and Quiet Retreat Spaces
Above the upper deck, Heed features an observation deck conceived as a lookout point rather than a busy entertainment area. The space is intended for quiet use, offering elevated views and a sense of separation from the more active decks below.
This deck reinforces the yacht’s layered approach to onboard living, where social, private, and contemplative areas are clearly defined without feeling disconnected.
Constructed entirely in aluminum, Heed features a fast-displacement hull form developed to balance performance, comfort, and efficiency. The yacht measures 53.0m in length with a 9.1m beam and a maximum draft of 2.5m.
An onboard battery system allows the yacht to operate at anchor with generators switched off, reducing noise and vibration while improving comfort during extended stays. This system supports the yacht’s emphasis on quiet enjoyment of anchorages and nighttime comfort.
