The transaction comes almost two years after the first unit was sold, just weeks after the Benetti B.Yond 57M made its official debut at the 2024 Monaco Yacht Show. The exteriors of the model are by Lobanov Design, with interiors by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture and naval architecture by Benetti.
Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture developed the B.Yond 57M interior around extended periods aboard, with an unconventional arrangement that moves the guest accommodation to the main deck and positions the main salon above on the upper deck.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing is central to the design, particularly on the upper deck, where the salon forms part of an uninterrupted 22m space extending from bow to stern. Benetti has also selected materials including FSC-certified woods, sustainable fabrics and leathers, stone and water-based finishes as part of the model's environmental focus.
Lobanov Design has given the B.Yond 57M a distinctive high-volume profile, with extensive glazing, broad exterior spaces and a white hull contrasted by a darker superstructure.
Three stern configurations - Beach, Air and Water - allow owners to tailor the yacht around different cruising priorities. The Beach version selected for the first hull incorporates a 161.8-square-meter beach area and a 15-square-meter pool, while a convertible 100-square-meter garage can become an additional guest area after the tenders and toys are launched.
The superyacht can accommodate up to 12 guests across six cabins, with quarters for as many as 13 crew in eight crew cabins. Positioning the guest suites on the main deck gives the accommodation greater access to natural light and exterior views than a conventional lower-deck arrangement.
Power comes from twin MAN D2862 LE489 diesel engines producing around 1,430hp each. The B.Yond 57M reaches a reported top speed of 15 knots and cruises at 10 knots, with a maximum range of approximately 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed.
Benetti has developed the model with hybrid-electric technology capable of supporting zero-emission operation while cruising or at anchor. Further efficiency measures include a direct-expansion HVAC system, which Benetti says can reduce consumption by up to 80% compared with conventional water-based systems, while EcoDeck is used as an alternative to traditional teak.
