Sold in summer 2025 and scheduled for delivery in early 2029, Project Dream is a full-custom Tankoa Yacht developed around an owner's brief focused on maximizing onboard space and strengthening the connection between life onboard and the sea. The ceremony follows the laying of the yacht's keel and signals the start of the next phase of construction.
The project brings together several prominent design studios. Exterior styling, concept development, and layout planning are by Horacio Bozzo Design, marking the studio's first collaboration with Tankoa. Naval architecture and basic engineering have been developed by Axis Group Yacht Design, while the owner selected Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design to create the interiors.
A 70-Meter Experience on a 61-Meter Platform
According to Tankoa, Project Dream was conceived to bridge the gap between traditional 60-meter and 70-meter yacht platforms.
The yacht has been designed to deliver the volume and onboard amenities typically associated with larger vessels while retaining the operational advantages of a 60-meter hull, including access to a wider range of marinas and berths.
Its fully custom nature embodies Tankoa’s boutique philosophy, with every element tailored to the client’s vision and unique requirements, from the blank page to the finished vessel, in close collaboration with Tankoa Centro Stile to create an atmosphere of effortless luxury and style."
- Tankoa Yachts
As with all full-custom Tankoa projects, the motor yacht has been developed from a blank-sheet approach. Working alongside Tankoa Centro Stile, the owner has been closely involved in shaping the final design, with every major element tailored to individual requirements.
Three Pools and a Dedicated Wellness Area
A strong emphasis on outdoor living is evident throughout the layout. One of the defining features is an expansive beach club that opens on three sides via fold-down platforms. Positioned directly adjacent to the water, the space links to a dedicated wellness center incorporating a gym, sauna, and massage and beauty room.
The arrangement creates a substantial waterside leisure zone and reflects the owner's focus on health, relaxation, and easy access to the sea.
Elsewhere, Project Dream features no fewer than three swimming pools distributed across multiple decks. The owner's private pool is located on a forward terrace attached to the upper-deck owner's apartment, while a second pool serves as the centerpiece of the sun deck. A third pool is positioned aft on the bridge deck.
Private Owner's Deck
The owner's suite occupies a private apartment on the upper deck, providing separation from the guest accommodation located on the main deck. Social spaces have been concentrated around a notably large sun deck, which Tankoa describes as the yacht's primary gathering area. The deck is intended to support everything from casual daytime use to larger social events while enjoying uninterrupted views.
Additional entertainment spaces include an outdoor cinema lounge positioned aft on the bridge deck, creating a dedicated venue for evening movie screenings under the open sky.
Part of a Growing Fleet of New Tankoa Projects
Project Dream forms part of a growing Tankoa order book. According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch data, the largest yacht database in the world, the Italian builder currently has 11 yachts either in build or on order. Alongside Project Dream, Tankoa recently announced the sale of the 72m full-custom T720 Fenice, scheduled for delivery in 2030 and set to become one of the largest yachts in the yard's fleet.
The builder also continues work across its semi-custom range, including the award-winning 55m T55 Sportiva and the 49.9m T500 Tethys explorer yacht, highlighting activity across both bespoke and production-based projects as Tankoa expands its forward pipeline.
With the keel laying and coin ceremony now completed, construction will continue in line with the project's production schedule ahead of her planned 2029 delivery.
