New 36m Bellini Yacht Eternal 36 Revealed as First Superyacht Model

Bellini Yacht has entered the superyacht market with the new Bellini Eternal 36, a 36m custom explorer that becomes the first model in a new 30-50m range from the Italian shipyard.

With a steel hull, aluminum superstructure and a range of more than 4,000 nautical miles, the Eternal 36 represents a major increase in scale for Bellini. Until now, its yacht lineup has centered on the Astor series, which reached a new high point in September with the world premiere of the 21m Astor 68 at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival.

The project also introduces Bellini Yacht's new Superyacht Division, established specifically for its expansion into larger custom yachts.

Bellini Makes Its Move Into Superyachts

The yacht is arranged across four principal decks and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Crew accommodation is provided for seven across four cabins. Bellini describes the vessel as a fully custom explorer yacht conceived for long-range ocean cruising, with RINA classification and compliance with the Red Ensign Group Yacht Code.

Eternal 36 measures 36.13m overall, with a 34.26m waterline length and 7.7m maximum beam. Gross tonnage remains below 300 GT, while full-load draft is approximately 2.3m.

Its hull form was developed through CFD analysis, with Hydro Tec responsible for naval architecture and marine engineering. The engineering work addressed weight distribution, center of gravity, acoustic comfort and performance, while the hull studies focused on cruising efficiency and fuel use.

Eternal is an open space, in continuous dialogue with sea, wind and light. It does not separate man from nature, it accompanies him into it. "

Propulsion comes from twin Caterpillar C18 ACERT engines meeting IMO Tier III requirements. Bellini quotes a maximum speed of 13.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. At an economical 10 knots, range exceeds 4,000 nautical miles.

Bellini Eternal 36 Beach Club Places Guests Close to the Water

A large beach club occupies the aft section, with a swimming pool and tender garage incorporated into the area. Large glazed sections and sliding doors open the salons toward the exterior decks, giving guests clear sightlines toward the water and easier movement between enclosed and open-air spaces.

Bellini's own technical department is responsible for the exterior design, led by Davide Benaglia. The design continues themes already visible across the builder's smaller yachts, particularly the attention given to waterside living, but applies them to a considerably larger four-deck platform.

That progression can also be seen in the Astor 68, which made its world debut at Cannes earlier this month. Its aft beach area measures more than 37 square meters and sits less than one meter above the waterline. Eternal 36 now moves the builder well beyond its established walkaround and weekender market into a yacht conceived for extended cruising.

Interior design comes from Milan-based M²Atelier, which has developed a concept named "Interiors to Touch."

Rather than relying heavily on decorative features, the scheme places greater emphasis on material texture, curved forms and the physical experience of moving through the yacht. Smoked oak, walnut and other timber surfaces feature throughout, with pale travertine, light fabrics and soft gray leather also specified.

Lighting, acoustic systems and onboard technology have been designed to maintain a low visual presence, leaving the materials and detailing more prominent within the rooms.

The interior philosophy follows Bellini's wider description of Eternal 36 as a yacht centered on life aboard rather than exterior styling alone. The builder's dedicated superyacht website also points to the relationship between the interior architecture and the surrounding water as a central part of the design.

Meet the Design and Engineering Team Behind Bellini Eternal 36

Bellini has established a dedicated management and design structure for its move into larger yachts. Francesco Frediani leads the Bellini Superyacht Division, while Nicola Nicolai, Managing Partner of Nicolai Yacht Consulting, is responsible for work covering business development, product development and project management. Frediani has more than 30 years of international experience in the yachting industry, according to the project release.

Hydro Tec handles naval architecture and marine engineering, M²Atelier is responsible for the interior, and Bellini Yacht's own technical department oversees the exterior under Davide Benaglia.

The commercial side has also been established internationally. Royal Yacht Sarl and Worth Avenue Yachts have been appointed Central Sales Agencies for Eternal 36 and will oversee sales and marketing in key international yachting markets.

New Eternal 36 Signals Major Expansion for Bellini Yacht

Eternal 36 arrives during a period of rapid model expansion for Bellini Yacht. At the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, the builder presented three Astor world premieres: the Astor 38 OTB, the motorsport-inspired Astor 38 PISTA and the 21.4m Astor 68 flagship. The existing Astor 58 was also displayed, giving Bellini four yachts at the show.

The Astor 68 had already pushed the brand into a larger category, with its 37-square-meter-plus beach area and increased focus on longer stays aboard. Eternal 36 is a much larger move, taking Bellini from its existing production-yacht business into steel and aluminum superyachts at nearly 15m greater length than the Astor flagship.

Bellini says Eternal 36 will serve as the starting point for a superyacht family spanning approximately 30m to 50m, with further models planned as the range develops. The material released for the project has not yet provided a construction start, launch date or first delivery schedule.
