Launched on 15 September 2026, the ISA Custom 80m takes over flagship status only two months after the delivery of the 67m Sea Raider X, underlining a rapid move into larger custom construction for the Palumbo Superyachts-owned yard.
Belita features exterior design by Espen Øino International, interiors by Peter Marino Architect and naval architecture by Hydro Tec. At almost 80m long, with a 12.5m beam and 2,220 GT of internal volume, she represents a substantial step up in scale for ISA Yachts.
Espen Øino Shapes ISA Yachts’ New 80m Flagship
Belita’s exterior is defined by a low visual profile relative to her size, with long horizontal bands of dark glazing extending across the superstructure. The upper levels step inward as they rise, reducing the visual weight of a yacht carrying more than 2,000 gross ton.
Toward the stern, the decks descend through a series of terraces before reaching a large pool area and the water. The arrangement gives the aft section a more open character than the yacht’s substantial dimensions might suggest, with outdoor spaces increasingly exposed toward the sea as guests move aft.
The project is also significant for its design partnerships. Belita marked ISA Yachts’ first collaboration with Espen Øino International when the project was initially disclosed, while New York-based Peter Marino Architect was later confirmed for the interiors. Few interior details have been released. ISA describes the spaces as a fully bespoke project developed around the owner’s requirements, with Peter Marino responsible for the architecture and interior design throughout the yacht.
7,000-Nautical-Mile Range
Belita has a maximum beam of 12.5m and a full-load draft of 3.4m. Propulsion comes from two MTU 16V 4000 M65L diesel engines, each producing 2,240kW. ISA Yachts expects the yacht to reach a maximum speed of 18 knots and cruise at 14 knots. At 10 knots, her projected range is approximately 7,000 nautical miles, giving the displacement yacht the capability for extended passages without frequent refueling.
The launch is also significant within the wider Palumbo Superyachts group. Belita is the second 80m yacht built by the company following the Columbus Classic 80m Dragon, giving the group prior experience with construction at this scale before the ISA project reached the water.

Giuseppe Palumbo, Sole Director of Palumbo Superyachts, described the launch of the motor yacht as the result of years of development and “thousands of decisions,” adding that the second 80m build means projects of this size are now part of the group’s established shipbuilding experience.
Belita Leads ISA Yachts’ Move Into Larger Superyachts
Belita arrives during a period of significant expansion at the upper end of the ISA Yachts fleet. In July 2026, ISA introduced its Large Yacht Collection, a technical platform intended for fully custom yachts between 80m and 90m. The first project revealed was the 82m Amarcord 82, with the collection drawing on engineering experience gained through Belita, the 80m Gran Turismo project and the future 100m ISA Gran Turismo flagship.
A month later, ISA revealed the 86m Amarcord 86, the second proposal from the collection. Designed by Nuvolari Lenard, it uses the same underlying technical platform as the 82m project but adopts a different deck arrangement, including two pools, a helipad terrace and a glazed guest passage running through the engine room.
The activity follows another major milestone in July, when ISA delivered the 67m Gran Turismo 67M Sea Raider X. At the time, the 1,149 GT yacht became the builder’s largest delivered yacht, following her May launch and subsequent sea trials. Belita now takes that position with an additional 12.8m of length and almost twice the gross tonnage.
ISA’s pipeline extends further still. The builder has projects under construction reaching 100m, while the Large Yacht Collection establishes a dedicated framework for future fully custom projects in the 80m to 90m sector.
