VIDEO: Custom Line Introduces the New Navetta 35 at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025

Custom Line has revealed the Custom Line Navetta 35, introducing the latest chapter in their displacement series.

Unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 and designed to replace the successful Custom Line Navetta 33, the new 35-meter yacht carries forward the spirit of its predecessor while stepping up in size, volume, and contemporary detailing.

A Successor to the Navetta 33

Since its debut in 2017, the Navetta 33 has been one of Custom Line’s most consistent performers, appreciated for its balance of range, comfort, and style. The arrival of the Navetta 35 marks a natural progression. At 34.5 meters with a beam of 7.7 meters, the new yacht delivers additional scale and presence, reflecting the way owner expectations have shifted in recent years.

While the 33 was built around efficient use of space, the 35 introduces a bolder profile and rethought arrangements, positioning itself as a modern reinterpretation rather than a radical departure.

Exterior Design: Sharper Lines and Greater Glass

Seen alongside the Navetta 33, the exterior evolution is clear. The new 35 yacht adopts sharper superstructure geometry and expansive glazing, creating a profile that feels more vertical and assertive than the softer, rounded lines of the 33. The extended decks and tiered aft spaces hint at a closer integration between outdoor lounges and interior salons, a design direction that mirrors wider market trends.

Where the 33 emphasized traditional elegance, the 35 leans toward a contemporary look with full-height windows and a stronger architectural presence.

Interiors: From Warmth to Lightness

The interiors of the Navetta 33 are known for their darker woods, polished finishes, and intimate atmosphere. By contrast, the renderings of the 35 reveal a lighter, more open aesthetic.

Pale woods, neutral fabrics, and near floor-to-ceiling windows create a sense of transparency and connection to the sea. The layout principle on board the motor yacht remains the same - five guest cabins, including an owner’s suite, supported by four crew cabins – but the execution shifts from enclosed warmth to open brightness.

This transition underscores Custom Line’s intention to align the Navetta 35 more closely with modern tastes in residential design.

Performance and Cruising

Like the Navetta 33, the new model is designed for long passages at comfortable speeds. Powered by twin MAN V12 engines rated at 1,400 hp, the Navetta 35 reaches 15 knots and cruises at 12 knots. Its range is listed at 1,750 nautical miles at cruising speed. The Navetta 33 delivered a slightly higher figure of 1,850 nautical miles, but both remain firmly in line with trans-Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising demands.”

Noise and vibration reduction – a hallmark of the Navetta line – has been retained, keeping the focus on quiet, steady cruising.

The debut of the Navetta 35 at Monaco signals not only the conclusion of the Navetta 33 but also a reinforcement of Custom Line’s strategy: evolving proven platforms to stay aligned with client expectations. The 35 arrives as a more assertive, more contemporary superyacht that maintains the displacement DNA of the range while presenting a clear step forward in space, glazing, and lifestyle flow.

The Wider Custom Line Navetta Range

The unveiling of the Navetta 35 strengthens a family that now runs from 30 to 42 meters. At the entry point, the Navetta 30 measures 28.4 meters and has been widely recognized for its balance of space, efficiency, and contemporary style. With exterior design by Filippo Salvetti and interiors by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, it introduced a lighter, more architectural aesthetic to the range while delivering over 2,000 nautical miles of cruising autonomy.

At the top end, the Navetta 42 serves as the flagship, stretching 41.8 meters across four decks with a range of 3,800 nautical miles and fully customizable interiors. Between the two sits the Navetta 38, launched in 2023, which emphasizes expansive glazing and a beach club with fold-down terraces. Together with the new Navetta 35, these models define a series built around quiet, long-range cruising, each one addressing different owner priorities while maintaining a consistent Custom Line identity.

The Navetta 35’s debut at this year's Monaco Yacht Show marks the evolution of a proven platform, replacing the 33 with added scale and contemporary styling. Positioned within a range that spans 30 to 42 meters, it reinforces Custom Line’s focus on long-range comfort with a modern edge.
