Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 40'2" beam and a 11'6" draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,758 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2018 with the keel laid under the project name 'Silence'. This was the third yacht built on the Bilgin 263 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in December 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2025.

Exterior Design

Delivered in 2025, Al Reem is an 80m (262.5ft) motor yacht built by Bilgin Yachts in Türkiye. Naval architecture and exterior design are by Unique Yacht Design, with a steel displacement hull and aluminium superstructure. She spans four decks with a beam of 12.25m (40.2ft) and a draft of 3.5m (11.5ft), and her internal volume is 1,758 GT.

The third and final yacht in Bilgin’s acclaimed 80m trilogy, Al Reem carries the most voluminous and refined profile of the trio. Unique Yacht Design reworked the lines for smoother surfaces, a taller and more assertive mast that is around 20% higher than her sisterships, and extended decks that increase outdoor living by roughly 20%. The result is modern and imposing yet clean and elegant.

Her hull wears a bold metallic palette of grey-white and black. A fully teak-laid foredeck adds warmth and texture, while vertical glazing forward and enlarged side windows maximise natural light for the main interior spaces. The mast is finished in grey to visually amplify the yacht’s vertical stance.

A 6m (19.7ft) spa pool is built into the aft deck, complemented by a waterfall features cascading from the level above. The arrangement delivers a layered outdoor experience across two decks with generous lounging and entertainment space, supported by a full sound system integrated into the hardtop. There is a touch-and-go helipad on the forward section of the owner’s deck. Teak decking extends across all key areas including the mooring deck, side decks, aft deck, swim platform, and the bridge and owner decks. The tender garage houses two tenders for quick shore runs and watersports.

Al Reem's open-plan design prioritises calm, light, and effortless flow across all decks.

Interior Design

H2 Yacht Design conceived Al Reem’s interior as a calming, contemporary environment that balances contrasting materials in a composed layout. A carefully curated mix of rich Makassar ebony and pale eucalyptus is arranged in refined book-matched patterns for symmetry and texture. These timbers sit within a light, neutral scheme and are paired with cream leather wall panels for softness and polished stainless-steel accents for a crisp modern edge. Floors alternate between smooth timber and silk carpets for tactile contrast.

Natural stone plays a key role. Distinctively veined marbles are used throughout, many subtly backlit to draw the eye and add sculptural presence. 3D-carved stone elements introduce further depth, while decorative glass features catch the light and bring a gentle sense of movement to each space. The new yard update reinforces this palette by referencing warm matte timber tones alongside the established high-gloss finishes, and again underlines the role of intricate decorative glass.

Oversized glazing floods the interior with daylight and maintains a strong connection to the sea. The main deck saloon is designed for entertaining. A private lounge on the owner’s deck offers a more intimate retreat, and the bridge deck lounge adds another flexible venue that shifts easily with the mood. For wellness and leisure, the lower deck beach club is fully equipped with a steam room and massage room, opening to the water via a fold-down sea terrace. A dedicated cinema and a gym round out the amenities. An elevator makes the yacht fully accessible from deck to deck.

Accommodation

Al Reem accommodates up to 12 guests in six suites. The forward-facing owner’s suite is a centrepiece with a near-panoramic 300-degree view and direct outdoor access, neatly expressing the wider brief to blend refined interiors with an immediate relationship to the seascape. Guest spaces comprise two generous VIP cabins and three additional double suites, all styled for comfort and cohesion within the neutral palette. Large windows maximise natural light and sustain a tranquil atmosphere. Up to 20 crew are housed in well-appointed quarters to support smooth operation on extended trips.

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M73) 16-cylinder 2,575hp engines running at 1970rpm, motor yacht Al Reem is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 44,381 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles.
