Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement hull she features a 11.91m beam and a 3.82m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,584 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2015. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2018.
Exterior Design
Satori is one of the largest yachts ever built in the United States and a rare example of a fully custom Delta Marine. Delivered in 2018, the 63.4m (207.9ft) motor yacht was designed entirely in-house by the Delta Design Group, from her naval architecture to her exterior styling. She joined an exclusive group of American superyachts above 60 metres, which includes Delta's own Laurel at 73.2m (240.2ft) and Invictus at 66m (216.5ft), confirming the Seattle shipyard's place among the world's leading builders of large custom yachts.
Her profile reflects Delta Marine's restrained approach to design. Long, sweeping deck lines, broad bands of dark glazing and softly sculpted overhangs create an elegant silhouette that feels timeless rather than trend-driven. The superstructure steps gently towards the stern, while the flowing geometry of the bridge deck and sundeck softens the yacht's considerable scale. From a distance, Satori looks lower and more streamlined than many yachts of similar volume.
Despite her elegant appearance, Satori was engineered for serious cruising. A steel displacement hull supports a lightweight composite superstructure, combining long-range capability with a lower centre of gravity. She was also built to Lloyd's Register Ice Class 1D, allowing operation in light ice and opening cruising grounds beyond the traditional Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons.
The exterior layout provides generous space across multiple decks. Wide aft terraces create distinct areas for lounging and dining, while the sundeck incorporates a helipad, spa pool and additional seating beneath the open sky. Fold-out balconies at the tender garage increase the usable deck space close to the water, and a substantial swim platform creates an easy connection for swimming, diving and launching toys.
Accommodation
Satori offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M53R) 1,876hp engines, motor yacht Satori is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down. Satori also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
