Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 20' beam and a 5'3" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 114 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the second yacht built on the 85E design.

Exterior Design

Uncorked, a 25.9m (85ft) motor yacht, presents a refined exterior that merges classic styling with subtle contemporary accents. The hull is finished in crisp white gelcoat, offset by polished stainless steel detailing, including handrails, flagpole, and deck hardware. The reversed transom adds protection for the expansive hydraulic swim platform, which features hot and cold shower access, a shore water inlet, rope locker, Glendinning shore cord system, and twin staircases leading up to the aft deck.

The aft deck itself is finished in teak and includes stainless steel entry gates on both sides, electric rope winches, washdown facilities, and a control station to port. A bar with U-Line refrigerator, icemaker, and mounted TV is paired with two bar stools, while built-in seating wraps around a dining table with storage beneath the cushions - a welcoming setup for entertaining or casual dining.

Up top, the flybridge is designed for a mix of relaxation and functionality. Protected by a hardtop with an electric sunroof, it features a U-shaped seating area with a dining table, wet bar with refrigerator and icemaker, and five fixed bar stools. Sunpads and adjustable loungers are located aft, and a davit with 748kg (1,653lb) lifting capacity accommodates tenders or water toys. The helm station includes twin Stidd chairs and is enclosed with SeaCrylic panels for added comfort and visibility.

Forward on the bow, a wide sunpad area provides a peaceful spot for lounging when anchored. Equipment here includes a hydraulic windlass, stainless steel plow anchor with 91.4m (300ft) of chain, freshwater washdown, and dual electric rope winches controlled via footpads - all set within a clean, flush layout suited for extended cruising.

From flybridge to foredeck, every area is designed for both ease of movement and day-to-day use, whether underway or at anchor.

From her sun-drenched foredeck to her shaded flybridge, Uncorked makes every moment on board feel effortless.

Interior Design

Stepping into the main salon through the automatic sliding glass door, guests are welcomed into a bright and elegant living space. Nearly floor-to-ceiling windows flood the area with natural light, enhancing the warmth of the walnut-stained cabinetry and soft carpeting underfoot. The lounge setup includes an L-shaped sofa to starboard, two lounge chairs to port, and a coffee table, with additional storage cleverly built into the seating. A retractable TV is discreetly installed and can be positioned for optimal viewing.

Forward of the salon, the dining area seats eight at a formal table, surrounded by a mirrored accent wall and four light sconces. A sideboard provides convenient storage between the dining and lounge areas. Opposite, a wet bar with sink and Sub-Zero wine cooler sits adjacent to a discreet dayhead. The dayhead is finished with heated granite floors, a vanity with sink and storage, and a Tecma electric toilet.

The galley is styled as a welcoming country kitchen, ideal for both formal entertaining and everyday use. Finished with practical wood flooring, it includes a JennAir French-door refrigerator with lower freezer, Whirlpool garbage disposal, 30-inch electric cooktop, JennAir oven, Gaggenau microwave/convection oven, and two dishwashers. Ample counter space is provided by granite surfaces, and there's a breakfast bar with two wooden stools. A built-in dinette adds a casual eat-in space, with storage beneath the seating.

The lower helm, just forward of the galley on the port side, is set up with a full suite of Furuno electronics, including dual 19-inch displays, MTU engine monitors, trim tab and stabiliser controls, bow and stern thruster switches, a Simrad autopilot, chain counters, and a digital breaker panel. A Stidd electric helm chair ensures the operator remains comfortable and secure underway.

Accommodation

Uncorked accommodates up to eight guests in four staterooms, with additional accommodation for a crew of three.

The full-beam master stateroom is positioned amidships and features a king-size berth with storage underneath, a vanity with stool to starboard, and a sofa lounge to port. Two large, cedar-lined walk-in wardrobes offer generous storage, and full-length mirrors are mounted on the exterior doors. Overhead, a tray ceiling with mirrored panels adds a sense of space. Entertainment is handled by a wall-mounted TV. The en suite is split into his-and-her sections, each with its own heated granite floor, vanity, and storage, with a central walk-in shower shared between the two.

Forward in the bow, the VIP stateroom offers a centreline queen berth with storage underneath, cedar-lined hanging locker, and stainless steel portlights. Manual shades provide privacy, and the en suite includes a walk-in shower, heated granite floors, vanity with mirror, and Tecma toilet.

On the port side, a guest cabin is fitted with twin single berths and a cedar-lined locker. Opposite, the starboard guest stateroom features a flexible layout - twin berths that can convert into a king-sized bed using a mattress insert. Both cabins have their own en suite bathrooms, each with heated granite floors, walk-in showers, vanities, and Tecma toilets.

Crew quarters are accessed via the bustle door on the swim platform. The captain’s cabin includes a full-size berth, while a second cabin has two single bunks. A compact crew mess offers a table and seating, U-Line refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, and three televisions. Lockers are cedar-lined for storage. The crew area also includes a shared head with a shower and vanity. Three watertight bulkheads provide secure access between sections of the aft accommodation.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (10V 2000) 1,600hp engines, motor yacht Uncorked is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Guests aboard Uncorked enjoy a bright, welcoming salon framed by nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down.
