Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.53m beam and a 2.59m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 465 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2003. Launched in April 2005 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in November 2005.
Exterior Design
The 49.1m (161ft) Zoom Zoom Zoom carries the unmistakable styling language of Trinity Yachts from the mid-2000s, combining long sweeping curves with a fast-planing profile that still feels distinctly American in scale and proportion. Built in aluminium to ABS class, the yacht balances high-speed capability with genuine long-range cruising credentials.
The profile has a low, flowing stance with heavily sculpted dark glazing bands stretching through the superstructure. Oval and teardrop-shaped window forms soften the otherwise muscular proportions while also giving the yacht a more fluid appearance underway. The long overhangs, tiered aft decks and rounded radar arch reinforce the yacht’s sporty character without pushing into aggressive styling.
A key visual feature is the raised pilothouse arrangement, which creates layered exterior decks aft while maintaining uninterrupted sightlines along the yacht’s profile. The bow sections remain relatively fine for a yacht of this volume, contributing to the reported 24-knot top speed delivered by twin 3,384hp Caterpillar engines.
The sundeck is the yacht’s primary entertainment area and includes a large Jacuzzi positioned forward, surrounded by integrated sunpads. Beneath the radar arch sits a full service bar with an icemaker, refrigerator, sink and seating for four guests, while an L-shaped settee provides additional seating for up to 10 people. A barbecue station is positioned opposite the seating area, turning the deck into a self-contained social space suited to full-day use.
The bridge deck aft forms another dedicated alfresco area with dining and lounge seating protected beneath the overhang above.
Aft at water level, the swim platform was designed around guest access to tenders and watersports. The platform sits low to the water and provides a practical launch point for PWCs, inflatables and swimming activities.
Interior Design
The interiors by Evan K. Marshall lean into a formal, richly detailed style built around dark gloss woods, marble finishes and layered lighting. Large curved window sections bring substantial natural light into the yacht, helping balance the darker timber tones used throughout the guest spaces.
The main salon combines lounge seating, a formal dining area and a dedicated bar into one continuous open-plan arrangement. High-gloss timber cabinetry and curved architectural detailing appear throughout the salon, dining space and sky lounge. Ceiling recesses mirror the yacht’s exterior curves with rounded shapes framed in dark timber trim, while cream carpets and pale upholstery soften the heavier wood finishes.
The main deck bar sits adjacent to the dining area and creates a more social atmosphere than a traditional formal dining room arrangement. A retractable plasma television is concealed within the starboard side cabinetry, keeping the room visually clean when not in use.
The skylounge adopts a slightly more relaxed feel with lounge seating, a second bar area and direct access to the exterior aft deck. Large curved windows wrap around the space, giving broad panoramic views while reinforcing the yacht’s flowing exterior lines. Another retractable flat-screen television is positioned forward within the lounge arrangement.
