The Ferretti Yacht is positioned as an update to the original Ferretti 800 Mk1 Yacht series produced between 2010 and 2016.
Design Collaboration
Developed by the Ferretti Group Engineering Department and Product Strategy Committee under the guidance of Piero Ferrari, the yacht features exterior styling by long-time collaborator Filippo Salvetti and interiors by IdeaeItalia. The result is a sportier, more streamlined aesthetic that still preserves Ferretti’s distinctive profile.
Salvetti’s work is particularly evident in the sloping flybridge lines, while IdeaeItalia has shaped interiors that maximize natural light and flow between guest and crew spaces.
Exterior Spaces
The yacht's 40-square-meter flybridge sets a focal point for outdoor living, with a dining area, bar, and helm station forward. Talenti furnishings complete the motor yacht, while the aft beach area adds a further 7 square meters, equipped with a fold-down transom sofa for direct enjoyment of the water.
The 15-square-meter cockpit carries a glass parapet to open views over the stern.
Interior Styling
Inside, the layout prioritizes elegance with practical use of space. The main saloon benefits from expansive windows, with an optional sliding door on the starboard side to connect directly to the exterior.
The galley opens to the dining area through a sliding wall section, balancing guest use with crew access.
Accommodation spans four en suite cabins, including an 18-square-meter master suite, a forward VIP, and two convertible twins, supporting up to nine guests.
Technical Advances
Constructed from GRP with a planing hull, the Ferretti 800 measures 24.47 meters in length, with a beam of 5.91 meters and a gross tonnage of 85 GT. Propulsion is provided by twin MAN V12-1550 engines, delivering a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising pace of 15 knots. An optional upgrade to 1,800 HP engines raises maximum speed to 31 knots and cruising speed to 27 knots, aligning performance with the yacht’s sportier aesthetic.
As an evolution of the original Ferretti series, the new model builds on the heritage of earlier deliveries such as motor yacht Evolution and motor yacht Azure, while repositioning the series within the modern Ferretti fleet.
The Ferretti 800 is set to make her show debut at Genoa International Yachting Show 2025, giving Italian audiences their first look at the new model.
