Delivered in 2022, Tosun is a 40.8m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Benetti. She features exterior design by RWD and interior styling by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.5m beam and a 2.14m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 385 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the eighth yacht built on the Oasis 40M design. Launched in June 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2022.
Exterior Design
The 40.8m (133.8ft) Benetti Oasis 40M TOSUN was designed by British studio RWD around one central idea: removing the barriers between yacht and sea. The result is a profile that combines sharp contemporary architecture with the open-air atmosphere of a beach house on the water.
From the side, TOSUN carries the Oasis 40M’s signature low-slung silhouette, despite the yacht’s substantial internal volume. The plumb bow gives the profile a more upright, purposeful stance forward, while long horizontal glazing lines visually stretch the yacht aft and lower the perceived height of the superstructure. Slim silver detailing around the windows adds an automotive influence to the design and reinforces the flowing lines between decks.
The Oasis Deck® aft section remains the defining feature of the Benetti Oasis 40M series. Two fold-down side terraces extend the beam from 8.5m (27.9ft) to 11m (36ft), creating a 90sqm (968sqft) beach club positioned almost directly at sea level. The arrangement removes the enclosed feeling common to many traditional stern layouts and instead creates an open multi-level social platform centred around the glass-fronted infinity pool.
Unlike many yachts in this class, exterior staircases are tucked discreetly into the sides of the superstructure rather than dominating the aft deck. That decision leaves the entire beach area visually open from side to side and preserves uninterrupted sea views across the stern.
The aft deck itself flows naturally into the main salon through large curved glass doors, helping the interior and exterior feel connected rather than separated into distinct zones. The hydraulic swim platform and integrated ladder provide direct water access, while the tender garage sits separately to starboard so launching operations do not interrupt guest use of the beach club.
Elsewhere on board, TOSUN balances large entertaining areas with more private outdoor spaces. The foredeck combines a curved sofa arrangement with dual-facing sunpads, while the upper deck and sundeck offer multiple shaded lounge and dining areas. Above, the sundeck incorporates teak guard rails, a circular Jacuzzi forward and a large open entertaining space suited to dining, cocktails or outdoor cinema nights beneath the retractable canopy and 86-inch television.
Extensive glazing across the main and upper decks gives the yacht a distinctly modern appearance. The vertical wheelhouse glass contrasts against the backward-leaning radar mast structure and strengthens the Oasis 40M’s contemporary architectural look.
Interior Design
TOSUN features interiors by New York-based studio Bonetti/Kozerski, whose approach leans heavily on clean contemporary styling, soft textures and natural light rather than decorative excess. Large expanses of glazing dominate the guest spaces and maintain constant visual connection with the water throughout the yacht.
The circular glass doors aft open directly into the main salon, where floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the social areas and reinforce the yacht’s open-plan atmosphere. Curved architectural forms soften the interior layout and mirror the exterior styling language used throughout the Oasis 40M platform.
The design palette combines pale finishes, muted tones and carefully integrated lighting to create a calm and understated environment. Furniture arrangements remain low and open, allowing sea views to stay uninterrupted across the salon and dining spaces.
One of the more unusual features aboard TOSUN is the dedicated wellness and massage room, which adds another private retreat beyond the main guest accommodation and social decks.
Accommodation
TOSUN accommodates up to 11 guests across five suites.
The full-beam owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck and includes a private lounge area, dressing room and large en suite bathroom with bathtub. Wide hull-side glazing brings substantial natural light into the suite and reinforces the yacht’s strong connection with the sea.
Four guest cabins sit on the lower deck, including two VIP suites, one double cabin and one twin cabin. The arrangement provides flexibility for mixed charter groups or family cruising, while maintaining strong cabin volume throughout the lower accommodation deck.
Separate crew quarters accommodate up to nine crew members, including the captain, allowing TOSUN to operate efficiently for both private ownership and charter service.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1400) 12-cylinder 1,400hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Tosun is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 47,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
