Following delivery in January 2026, Amante was sighted in Bizerte, Tunisia, before returning to Marina di Carrara, Italy.
Vitruvius foundations and a refined motor yacht platform
Launched in March 2025 from The Italian Sea Group’s La Spezia shipyard, Amante forms part of a small motor yacht lineage inspired by Philippe Briand’s Vitruvius principles. The platform was reworked by the builder with new naval architecture, adapting the original concept for modern long-range motor yacht use.
Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the 58m Perini Navi yacht carries a beam of 9.75m and a draft of 2.81m. Internal volume sits at 800 GT, placing her firmly within the midsize expedition-style motor yacht category while retaining a refined, residential onboard atmosphere.
Circulation, deck use, and exterior planning
Amante’s exterior arrangement focuses on relaxed circulation between decks and strong links to the water. The main deck aft centers around a counter-current swimming pool positioned for both leisure use and light training. From here, wide circulation routes lead forward and aft without interrupting guest movement during operations.
A key highlight of the motor yacht is the expansive beach club, which spans the stern and connects directly to the swim platform. Hydraulic side windows open the space outwards, increasing natural light and ventilation while expanding usable volume at anchor. This area anchors the yacht’s wellness focus and forms one of the most heavily used social zones onboard.
Upper deck exterior spaces are arranged for open-air dining and informal lounging, with protected seating zones designed to remain usable across a range of conditions. The overall exterior reads as restrained and purposeful, with clean lines and low visual clutter.
Living spaces designed for comfort at sea
The interior design by Angus Addison favors a calm, residential tone, with materials selected to support long stays onboard rather than short charter-style use. Natural finishes, muted color palettes, and soft lighting are used throughout to maintain consistency between public and private areas.
The main saloon is arranged to support both quiet relaxation and group use, with sightlines maintained across the deck to reinforce a sense of openness. A dedicated private cinema adds an additional layer of functionality, reinforcing the superyacht’s positioning as a self-contained cruising platform rather than a purely social vessel.
[Amante] represents the fifth milestone in an exciting journey toward motor yacht production, which will play an increasingly central role in our range.”

Wellness facilities form a core part of the interior program. Adjacent to the beach club, guests have access to a sauna, steam room, gym, bar, and relaxation area, all grouped into a single zone designed for easy use throughout the day.
Amante accommodates up to 12 guests across six staterooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite. The layout of the yacht prioritizes separation between guest and crew circulation, supporting privacy during longer passages and at anchor.
Performance and cruising profile
Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines, Amante reaches a top speed of 16.5 knots and cruises comfortably at 15 knots. At an economic speed of 12 knots, she offers a transoceanic range of approximately 5,500 nautical miles, positioning her for extended itineraries without frequent refueling.
Displacement hull geometry and Vitruvius-derived proportions contribute to efficiency and comfort underway, particularly at sustained cruising speeds. This performance profile reinforces the yacht’s expedition-oriented brief while retaining the onboard comfort expected of a modern 58m platform.
Amante's Sistership Fantasy
Delivered in 2026, the 58m motor yacht Fantasy serves as Amante’s direct sistership and an important reference point within Perini Navi’s modern motor yacht program. Fantasy was the brand’s first purpose-built motoryacht and is based on a Vitruvius platform developed by Philippe Briand.
She features exterior styling by the yard and interiors by Tara Bernerd, arranged across six guest suites within an 800 GT volume. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, Fantasy offers a 5,500-nautical-mile range at 12 knots and was named a finalist for Best Layout at the 2025 World Yachts Trophies.
Delivered in January 2026, Amante enters service as a 58m motor yacht shaped around Vitruvius principles, with a clear focus on wellness and long-range cruising. Alongside sistership Fantasy, she signals Perini Navi’s growing commitment to purpose-built motor yachts for extended use.
