A name emerges from Project 716
Love’s journey marks the first time the name of the previously low-profile Project 716 has been seen publicly. The motor yacht's construction began in 2022, and her hull emerged from the Scheepswerf Slob facility in April 2025 before moving to Aalsmeer for outfitting. Feadship has yet to announce her design team.
A broad foredeck and stepped profile
The yacht has a near-vertical bow, a broad open foredeck and decks that step aft towards the stern. A partially sheltered sundeck sits above the upper decks, while long, defined lines run along the hull. These remain the clearest publicly visible details of her exterior; Feadship has not released a full account of her guest spaces.
Interior details remain undisclosed
No interior designer, accommodation layout or guest capacity has been announced for the custom yacht. Her 2,450GT volume gives a measure of the yacht’s scale, but details of how that space is arranged remain under wraps.
Sea trials are the next milestone
Love has a steel displacement hull and aluminium superstructure, with a 13.5m beam and 3.3m draft. She was built to Lloyd’s Register classification standards. Engine specifications, speed and range have not been disclosed, and the reported move towards Rotterdam does not yet confirm that sea trials have started.
Feadship’s active custom fleet
YachtBuyer MarketWatch recorded 17 Feadship yachts in build or on order in a recent review of the builder’s portfolio. Among its other recent projects are the 101m Destiny, delivered this year, and the 83m Project 832, whose hull emerged in August ahead of outfitting.
