  • Full-beam 32m² entertainment lounge
  • Pivoting transom and swim platform
  • Bow Jacuzzi with sliding sunpads
  • Convertible twin via electric mechanism

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.27m beam and a 1.99m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 220 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in May 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2024.

Exterior Design

Taku, a 33.53m (110ft) motor yacht from Riva, carries the streamlined silhouette that defines the Riva 110 Dolcevita series. Her sleek, shark-grey hull and superstructure are paired with chromed detailing and sculpted glass elements that enhance her aerodynamic presence. The design includes full-height glass on the main deck, which stretches the entire length of the saloon and is framed in stainless steel. Additional glass inserts are cleverly integrated into the trim line, with built-in portholes maintaining the yacht’s clean exterior flow.

The flybridge offers a smart blend of shelter and openness, with a sporty hardtop covering part of the space. There's an L-shaped fixed bar and generous seating that invites guests to relax and enjoy the breeze. At the bow, the foredeck features sunpads with automatic sliding covers, concealing a forward Jacuzzi that's seamlessly integrated into the layout.

A wide swim platform at the stern provides direct access to the sea and connects to a technically impressive garage system. Developed by the Ferretti Group, the pivoting transom includes a submersible platform hatch and a built-in shower to port. The garage itself stores a Williams 565 tender and a Seadoo jet ski.

From her gloss rosewood details to glass-wrapped decks, Taku is finely resolved.

Interior Design

Taku’s interior was created by Mauro Micheli of Officina Italiana Design and reflects the award-winning philosophy behind the Riva 110, which earned the World Yachts Trophy for Best Interior Design in 2018. The main deck saloon is open, modern and immersive, with near wraparound sea views thanks to large glass windows and electronically operated sliding doors. Reflective steel ceiling panels contribute to the sense of volume and light, while the rosewood gloss cabinetry and Eros Ice-toned carpets provide a rich, refined contrast.

Rather than a fixed layout, the saloon favours adaptability. The absence of heavy fixed furniture supports a clean, gallery-like atmosphere that encourages social flow and versatility. From the aft deck through to the helm, the space feels connected and cohesive, making it particularly appealing for hosting or relaxing without visual interruption.

Taku’s standout feature is the full-beam, 32-square-metre entertainment lounge located midships on the main deck. Originally conceived as the Owner’s suite, the space was reimagined to serve as a flexible retreat or social hub. It could be set up as a private cinema, games room, gym, library or cocktail lounge, depending on preference.

Accommodation

Accommodation is found on the lower deck, where Taku has four  double VIP cabins across a 54 sqm space. Each cabin includes a private ensuite head. One of the doubles can be reconfigured into a twin using an electric sliding mechanism, offering added flexibility for families or mixed groups.

The original Owner’s cabin on the main deck was converted into the large entertainment lounge. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000M96L) 2,638hp engines, motor yacht Taku is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 23 knots. With her 15,300 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 430 nautical miles. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Taku’s forward Jacuzzi is cleverly tucked beneath sliding sunpads for a sleek finish.
