The yacht has a gross tonnage of 196 and has been designed with a strong emphasis on practical long-stay comfort rather than purely aesthetic styling. Broad exterior proportions, extensive glazing and open social areas help create a connection between indoor and outdoor living, while the yacht’s layout has been arranged to maximise internal volume throughout all guest spaces. Generous deck spaces form a central part of the Squalo 100’s layout, with the motor yacht featuring multiple outdoor lounge and social areas designed for extended cruising. Expansive glazing throughout the superstructure helps bring natural light into the interior while strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living. The exterior styling balances clean contemporary lines with a practical layout focused on onboard comfort and usability.
Quiet interiors developed around comfort and atmosphere
Inside, the boat features a warm contemporary interior centred around natural materials, soft textures and understated detailing. Particular attention has been placed on reducing onboard noise and vibration through a floating interior construction system that separates many interior surfaces from the hull and superstructure. According to the shipyard, this engineering approach significantly reduces the transfer of sound throughout the yacht, helping create quieter guest accommodation and more relaxed communal spaces while underway.
Twin MAN engines deliver efficient cruising performance
The yacht is powered by twin MAN engines, delivering a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a top speed of 15 knots. The engineering platform has been developed to support the series’ emphasis on onboard comfort and spacious interior living, while sound insulation measures throughout the yacht help create a quieter and more relaxed experience for guests onboard.
