Originally delivered by Oceanco in 2007, ALFA NERO underwent a comprehensive refit in 2024 that reasserted her position among the world’s leading superyachts. She is now offered for sale at €88,500,000, exclusively represented by Richard Higgins of Northrop & Johnson.
This is the first time she has been offered for sale since being acquired at auction, following a widely publicised legal process. The relisting marks a significant opportunity for collectors and buyers of high pedigree yachts.

A Landmark in Superyacht Design
Built for an experienced yachtsman, ALFA NERO was conceived as a trailblazer - and she delivered. With a bold exterior by Nuvolari Lenard and luxurious interiors by Alberto Pinto, the motor yacht introduced a number of design innovations that have since become industry benchmarks in the large yacht sector.

Among the most iconic of these is her aft-deck infinity pool, designed by Nuvolari Lenard and considered a world first at the time of launch. Featuring a glass waterfall edge and an adjustable floor system, the pool can transform into a flush-deck helipad or expansive entertainment space. The feature was hailed as revolutionary, earning multiple design awards and inspiring a generation of superyachts that followed.
Interior Layout and Guest Accommodation
Spanning over 1,250 square metres (13,455 square feet) of interior space, ALFA NERO blends Art Deco flair with contemporary luxury. Finishes onboard the yacht include lacquered panels, rich leathers, metallic accents, and curated art. At the heart of the main salon sits a lacquered Pleyel grand piano, with retractable glass doors leading to the aft deck.

Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins, connected by a glass-enclosed elevator. The master suite, located on the upper deck forward, features a private office, marble his-and-hers bathrooms, and a secluded terrace with a Jacuzzi. Guest suites include a VIP cabin with private spa access and sea terrace, offering a bespoke wellness experience at sea.

Amenities and Performance
ALFA NERO’s onboard wellness and entertainment features are extensive. Highlights include a gym with 180-degree sea views, a spa, sauna, steam room, beauty salon, and a private cinema. Her expansive decks offer generous space for entertaining, sunbathing, and alfresco dining.

She is powered by twin MTU engines, delivering a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 20 knots. A Vanquish VQ45 chase boat leads her broad array of tenders and toys, which include a jellyfish-protected sea pool, Seabobs, Jetboards, WaveRunners, underwater scooters, wakeboards, and more.
Notable Provenance and Awards
Since her launch, ALFA NERO has received multiple awards and global recognition for her design innovation, craftsmanship, and on-board lifestyle; with her accolades including Most Innovative Custom Motoryacht (over 40m) at the 2008 World Yachts Trophies, and Best Interior Design - Motor Yacht at the World Superyacht Awards. She was a game-changer in the 80-metre segment and continues to influence the next generation of superyacht projects.
