Currently in build at Horizon Yachts, the yacht is a part of the Horizon Yachts FD90 Skylounge series. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture have all been developed by Cor D. Rover Design. Built with a fast displacement GRP hull and superstructure, the three-deck motor yacht offers 95GT of internal volume.
The interior of the boat has been customised to support extended periods onboard and remote cruising, reflecting the owner's vision for long-range exploration. Among the most notable additions is a walk-in cool room, allowing provisions to be stored for longer journeys away from major ports and supply facilities. Designed by Cor D. Rover, the interior pairs practical functionality with the spacious, contemporary styling associated with Horizon's FD Series, creating a comfortable environment for both everyday cruising and extended adventures.
Designed specifically for exploring some of Australia's most remote cruising grounds, the motor yacht incorporates a range of owner-specified features focused on self-sufficiency, safety and accessibility. The motor yacht showcases the contemporary styling that has become a hallmark of Horizon's FD Series, characterised by expansive glazing, a high-volume profile and clean, flowing lines that maximise natural light and strengthen the connection between the interior and surrounding seascapes. To support extended voyages along Australia's vast coastline, the yacht benefits from increased fuel capacity and range, reducing the need for frequent refuelling stops while allowing greater freedom to explore remote destinations. The yacht has also been equipped with redundant navigation systems to provide additional reliability in isolated waters, while a reinforced boat deck supports a custom helipad for enhanced access to remote regions. Completing the expedition-focused specification is a hydraulic folding mast, enabling safe helicopter operations while maintaining the flexibility required for bridge clearances during coastal passages.
Accommodation onboard the yacht has been arranged across five staterooms, centred around a traditional full-beam master suite that maximises owner comfort and privacy. The layout has been configured to accommodate family and guests during extended voyages, while dedicated crew quarters ensure the yacht can be operated efficiently throughout her ambitious cruising programme.
Power comes from twin 1,136hp Caterpillar C18 Acert diesel engines, delivering a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. The efficient hull form has been developed to provide comfortable seakeeping and long-range capability, making the yacht particularly well suited to the extensive coastal passages.
