Delivered in 2019 and refitted in 2023, Phoenix was built by Sanlorenzo at its Viareggio yard as hull number 69 of the Sanlorenzo SD112 series. She was originally commissioned under the name Belle and carries Cayman Islands flag with RINA classification.
Design and Construction
The yacht for sale was designed inside and out by Sanlorenzo’s in-house team, with naval architecture by Francesco Paszkowski Design. Constructed with a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure, she spans three decks with teak exterior areas and an internal volume of 266 GT. Her dimensions include a 7.66-meter beam and 2.96-meter draft.
Exterior Features
Phoenix’s exterior layout has been arranged for both social living and private relaxation. On the motor yacht for sale, the aft deck features a row of seating with stainless steel-trimmed tables and teak detailing overhead, while the foredeck offers sunbathing space with shade provided by an umbrella.
A fold-down transom door connects the yacht directly to the water and can serve as a beach club or swim platform.

The main salon includes a bar, lounge seating, and a concealed television, while a spiral staircase connects all guest areas and adds an architectural focal point.
Dining is arranged on the bridge deck with glass doors opening to the exterior, while the galley is equipped with Miele appliances, substantial cold storage, and cleverly integrated cabinetry.
Accommodation
Phoenix accommodates up to 10 guests across five staterooms. The full-beam owner’s suite is situated on the main deck with panoramic windows, en-suite bathroom, and generous storage. Below deck, two double cabins and two twins - each with en-suites and Pullman berths - provide flexible arrangements for family or charter use.
Onboard Amenities
Phoenix offers a Jacuzzi, sundeck sunpads, exterior bar, BBQ, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, tender garage, and a hydraulically operated passerelle for boarding.
Performance
Twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, each rated at 1,600 hp, drive Phoenix to a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots. At her cruising speed, she achieves a range of 2,750 nautical miles, supported by 25,000 liters of fuel capacity. She is further equipped with two Kohler 65 kW generators, at-anchor stabilizers, bow thruster, and underwater lights.
