Refining a decade of design
Since its debut more than a decade ago, the Navetta 58 has defined Absolute’s philosophy of space, comfort, and seaworthiness in a compact semi-displacement package. The first-generation Navetta 58 was an award-winning trawler-style yacht that impressed with its height, generous beam, and efficient hull, earning the 2015 Motor Boat Award for Best Trawler & Aft Cabin. The second-generation Navetta 58 introduced cleaner lines and technological upgrades while retaining the proven three-cabin layout and 26-knot top speed.
The new Navetta 58 Andromeda continues that progression, updating Absolute’s mid-range flagship to meet the expectations of contemporary owners. It remains a GRP-built, 17.4-meter cruiser with accommodation for six guests and two crew, but its design details, onboard systems, and spatial solutions have been completely reworked.
Updated lines and smarter spaces
The yacht's exterior design stays true to Absolute’s recognizable DNA while introducing a softer, more fluid profile. The hull features the yard’s signature “squircular” bow windows and glazed cockpit gunwales, which improve natural light and outward visibility while maintaining high levels of safety.
The reverse transom design enhances access to the sea, with a swim platform available in both fixed and hydraulic versions. Above, the cockpit terrace has been conceived as a versatile social space, fully shaded by the flybridge and customizable with modular furniture and stainless-steel detailing.
The flybridge itself is step-free and conceived as a panoramic lounge, with an aft sunbathing zone, a central dining area, and a starboard helm station for improved maneuverability. The optional hardtop can be equipped with photovoltaic panels, dimmable lighting, and integrated floor illumination for evening ambiance.
Custom comfort throughout
The upgraded Navetta 58 prioritizes personalization and open-plan comfort. The main saloon of the motor yacht is completely free of steps, offering several layout configurations.
Owners can opt for a foldaway dining table in the lounge area or an electrically adjustable table for six opposite the galley. The space can also incorporate custom elements such as a glass cabinet, extended storage, or a reading corner.
At the helm, dual high-tech seats and improved visibility enhance both comfort and control during navigation. Below deck, three guest cabins maintain the brand’s hallmark of light-filled, well-proportioned spaces.
The forward master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe and panoramic windows, while the amidships VIP cabin offers equal privacy and finish quality. A third guest cabin features twin beds that convert electrically into a double. Rounded edges, soft lines, and diffused lighting contribute to a calm, residential feel throughout.
Quiet efficiency at sea
Though Absolute has not yet disclosed detailed performance data, the Navetta 58 Andromeda retains the yard’s proven semi-displacement platform, designed for efficiency and stability across a range of speeds. The yacht continues to emphasize ease of handling, with integrated systems that support single-handed operation and advanced navigation technology derived from Absolute’s larger models.
New integrated shading systems and improved glazing improve energy efficiency and comfort at anchor, while the optional solar-equipped hardtop adds an eco-conscious element to onboard life.
