44m CdM Flexplorer 146 Superyacht Nasiba Delivered

Now en route along Montenegro’s coastline, the 44m explorer yacht Nasiba has been successfully delivered.

Launched earlier this year in June, Nasiba is the third yacht built on the CdM Flexplorer 146/4 platform and joins two other sisterships.

Exterior & Platform: Familiar Lines, Distinct Purpose

Nasiba shares the exterior lines developed by Sergio Cutolo and Hydro Tec, with features like an extended wheelhouse and panoramic crow’s nest - hallmarks of the Flexplorer 146 aesthetic. Yet her mission diverges: whereas the character of her sistership, Maverickis defined by sporty edges and rugged flair, Nasiba projects a quieter, nature-centred sensibility.

The layout of the explorer yacht preserves the forward superstructure typical of the class, freeing large deck space for functional and leisure use. A 10 m custom tender, a crew tender and two Jet Skis are housed aft and deployed via a four-tonne carbon A-frame crane. When stowed, the area morphs into open-air lounges and dining zones.

Interior Design: Wellness at the Core

Winch Design steered the interiors in close consultation with the owners, focusing on low-toxicity materials, ambient finishes and environmental mindfulness. The brief emphasized clean living: low-VOC coatings, mitigated electromagnetic fields and natural surfaces dominate.

Key materials on board the yacht include reclaimed seashell composite, woven grass, Thames wood, and carpet yarns from recycled fishing nets. Bathrooms feature a “green living wall” of preserved moss; palm leather accents appear in furnishings and trim. Earthy palettes, matte textures and organic forms reinforce the sensory calm throughout.

Nasiba’s internal arrangement reflects deliberate customization. Six guest cabins are spread across three decks, with three on the main deck (two twins and a convertible double that can also serve as a study or studio). The master suite on the owner’s deck of the superyacht includes a private stern terrace, a forward lounge, plus one of two cold plunge pools onboard.

Performance & Environmental Features

The motor yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines. She reaches a top speed of 14 knots and delivers an impressive range of approximately 6,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

What sets her apart technically: a Tier III-compliant selective catalytic reduction system enables access to sensitive marine reserves (such as the Galápagos). Two pairs of electro-driven stabilizing fins enhance comfort underway.
