Launched in April 2025, Serenissima II marks the second hull in Mengi Yay’s refined Sub-500GT S1 series, following the 2024 delivery of the first unit, Serenissima I.
Serenissima II was developed with a steel displacement hull and aluminum superstructure, laid out across three decks. Her design, from exterior styling to interior layout, is the result of a collaboration between Nuvolari Lenard and Van Oossanen Naval Architects, who also shaped her naval architecture. The shipyard has described the project as a "refined synthesis of artisanal and technical excellence" between Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey.

On the outside, the yacht carries the strong, contemporary lines that define the S1 series, with a high bow and sculpted aft section. The exterior decks have been configured for both socializing and long-range cruising, including an expansive foredeck and a broad, teak-clad beach club aft. Storage has been integrated for a 7.2-meter guest tender or even a small car, with a separate watersports room for diving gear and equipment.
The sundeck is among the largest in this class, with distinct zones for lounging, dining, and sunbathing. A mini pool sits aft, while a sheltered lounge ensures usability in a range of weather conditions.

Inside, the layout reflects the same focus on range and comfort. The main saloon includes a fold-out balcony and a custom wine cellar, balancing formality with a relaxed, Mediterranean feel. An elevator links all decks, supporting accessibility and ease of movement throughout the yacht.
Nuvolari Lenard’s interior design follows clean, contemporary lines, softened with natural materials and warm tones. The internal gross tonnage of 499 GT is used to full effect, creating an open, spacious feel throughout the guest and crew areas.

The yacht accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins, with crew quarters for nine. The owner’s suite is positioned on the upper deck, complete with a private terrace and elevated views. Below, four additional guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, two of which can be converted into a larger VIP suite if desired.
Powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, Serenissima II reaches a top speed of 14.5 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots. She has an impressive range of 4,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed, with stabilizers for both underway and at-anchor comfort. Her draft measures 2.75 meters, and she carries a beam of 9.1 meters.
First in the Series: Serenissima I on the Market
Delivered in 2024, Serenissima I shares the same design DNA as Serenissima II, with exterior and interior styling by Nuvolari Lenard and naval architecture by Van Oossanen. Built to the same sub-500GT platform, she features an owner’s suite with a private terrace, expansive sundeck with mini pool, and a full-beam beach club. The cruising range of the superyacht for sale matches her sistership at 4,000 nautical miles.

Finished with a striking grey hull and turquoise accents, Serenissima I brings a more distinctive aesthetic to the series. Her design prioritizes both entertaining and relaxation, with standout features including a foredeck capable of hosting a boxing ring and a glass-enclosed wine cellar. Inside the yacht for sale, accommodation is arranged for 10 guests across five cabins, including a flexible lower-deck layout where two cabins convert to form a VIP suite. An elevator connects all guest decks.

Serenissima I was a finalist in two categories at the 2025 BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards, recognized for both her naval architecture and exterior styling.
Serenissima I is listed for sale on YachtBuyer and is currently asking €34,950,000.
