The 331'4" motor yacht Moonrise was delivered to her owners in 2025 by Dutch shipyard Feadship. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of De Voogt, while Remi Tessier is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Private cinema for onboard film nights
  • Enlarged outdoor areas for relaxation
  • Dedicated owner’s deck
  • Integrated Starlink connectivity

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 50'10" beam and a 13'9" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 4,000 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2025.

Exterior Design

The 101-metre (331.4ft) Moonrise presents a bold study in modernist yacht design, blending sheer scale with remarkable restraint. Viewed in profile, she reads as a series of long, tiered planes stacked with architectural precision. Her hull is finished in a smooth metallic silver, uninterrupted apart from a series of dark-tinted, continuous glazing bands and a neat row of circular portholes positioned closer to the waterline. These sleek black window strips continue across the superstructure, which is painted in bright white, creating a contrast and accentuating the clean horizontal flow across the five visible decks.

From the waterline to the mast, each deck subtly recedes aft, forming a stepped arrangement that delivers wide shaded terraces on nearly every level. The decks are kept visually uncluttered, fitted with low-profile loose furnishings and discreet built-in seating that blends into the surrounding architecture. Open-air staircases connect the levels via sculpted cutaways on each side, while a generous beach terrace sits aft on the main deck, flanked by twin staircases that lead directly down to the water.

A key element of Moonrise’s profile is the vertical bow, a defining feature carried over from her predecessor. A tall, centered mast, almost like a technical tower rises amidships and holds all navigation and communications gear. Unlike earlier Feadships, this yacht has fully integrated her Starlink satellite receivers into the superstructure itself, eliminating traditional domes and keeping the top line as clean as the decks below.

One of the standout upgrades lies in the treatment of the tender garages. Shell doors are neatly embedded along the lower deck, with a side-loading tender bay amidships and a second garage forward beneath the foredeck helipad. These openings are flush to the hull when closed, preserving the yacht’s smooth exterior lines.

Interior Design

Inside, the design is credited to Rémi Tessier, returning from the earlier Moonrise project. Their signature minimalist style is reimagined here with enhanced detailing and a focus on next-level technology integration. Publicly known features include a private cinema set into the bridge deck and a dedicated owner's deck.

Noise control has been a central consideration throughout the yacht’s design. The use of specialised propellers and hull appendages helps reduce underwater acoustic impact, while also keeping onboard sound levels low. A particularly innovative touch is the fully resilient-mounted anchor winch foundation, believed to be a first in the industry. This system, along with optimised chain routing, works to reduce vibration and mechanical noise transmission through the structure.
