The sale expands ISA Yachts' custom portfolio, which now extends to projects measuring up to 100m. The 73m yacht also brings together ISA Yachts and Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design for the first time, with the Dutch studio responsible for both the exterior and interior design.
Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is developing the interior around the owner's individual requirements, with ISA Yachts highlighting generous volumes and a high level of customisation. A standout feature will be the Nemo Room, an underwater space integrated into the yacht where expansive glazed surfaces will provide views beneath the waterline and a direct visual connection with the surrounding marine environment. LIST AG will craft the interiors, marking its third collaboration with ISA Yachts following the 66m superyacht Okto.
Sinot is also responsible for the exterior styling of the yacht. The exterior has been developed around the owner's individual brief, with a steel displacement hull supporting an aluminium superstructure and teak laid across the decks. Further details of the deck arrangement and exterior amenities have not yet been disclosed by the shipyard.
The custom yacht will accommodate up to 14 guests, with six guest cabins complemented by an owner's suite located on a dedicated deck. A crew of 22 will support life on board and yacht operations, with dedicated crew areas and circulation routes incorporated into the layout to support efficient service while maintaining privacy for the owner and guests.
Naval architecture for the motor yacht is by Azure Naval Architects, with the yacht based on a displacement hull and ISA Yachts confirming that the project will incorporate advanced technical solutions. Engines, propulsion, cruising speed, top speed and range have not yet been disclosed, with further technical specifications expected as the project progresses towards its scheduled delivery in 2030.
The custom 73m ISA yacht sale price has not yet been disclosed.
