Alia Yachts Launches 43m Raised Pilothouse Custom Superyacht Ximena

Alia Yachts has launched their first new yacht of 2025, the 43m superyacht Ximena.

Built at the Turkish shipyard’s Antalya facility, the full-custom aluminum project has been created for a Miami-based client and is scheduled for delivery before the end of the year.

Designed with a dynamic, low-profile silhouette, Ximena features exterior styling by Omega Architects and naval architecture from Van Oossanen, while her interiors have been entrusted to Kyiv-born, Miami-based studio Yodezeen.

Exterior Vision Rooted in Speed and Style

With its sharp arrowhead profile, pelican’s bill bow and extended flybridge overhangs, Ximena has been conceived to make a statement on the water. Omega’s design emphasizes an athletic look, while also drawing inspiration from the al fresco lifestyle of Florida and the Caribbean.

She is reminiscent of those classic raised pilothouse yachts, but at 43m she really stands out for her size. The boat is very aggressive looking, but overall very comfortable with big staterooms.”

Van Oossanen’s Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) underpins the motor yacht's performance, combining fine entry lines and a shallow transom with a spray rail at the bow for greater efficiency. Perry van Oossanen explained that the hull “leads to fuel-efficient cruising, outstanding top-end performance and relatively low engine power.”

The hull’s shallow draft of 2.1 meters is suited to island cruising, with easy access across the Bahamas. Exterior deck spaces have been optimized to embrace outdoor living, with multiple lounge areas across the aft deck, foredeck and sundeck. A jacuzzi and bar complement the pilothouse deck, further supporting the yacht’s entertainment-focused design.

Sliding glass doors on either side of the main saloon create a natural flow between inside and out, while encouraging natural ventilation.

The interior is designed for open living, with the owner’s suite positioned forward on the main deck and fitted with a walk-in wardrobe. Four guest suites occupy the lower deck, each designed with generous proportions and natural light from large glazing. A gym, crew quarters for seven and a side-loading tender garage are also found on the lower deck.

In total, Ximena accommodates 10 guests across her five staterooms, supported by a professional crew of seven. The master cabin offers direct views over the bow through extensive glazing, while the lower deck cabins are designed with flexible layouts for friends or family.

Powered by twin MTU Tier III 16V 2000 M96L engines, Ximena reaches a top speed in excess of 22.6 knots. At 20 knots she delivers a range of 850 nautical miles, while her maximum range extends to 3,200 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots.

A Busy 2025 for Alia Yachts

The launch of Ximena underscores a busy year for Alia Yachts. The Antalya shipyard is currently working at full capacity, with more than 150 meters of custom projects in build for 2025. According to YachtBuyer Market Watch, the world's largest yacht database, Alia Yacht currently has 8 yachts either in build or on order. This includes a 50-meter coupé due to launch in October, and a 60-meter tri-deck project scheduled for completion before the year’s end. Its flagship 65-meter superyacht- the Alia 65M -  also remains under construction.

For Alia president Gökhan Çelik, the launch marks another milestone for the Turkish yard. “For us, the launch of a new yacht is always a very satisfying moment,” he said. “It is mixed emotion, as we are also sad to see a project nearing its end. But after years of engineering and hard work, I never get tired of seeing a beautiful boat outside on its trailer bed in all its true majesty.”

With Ximena, Alia Yachts has delivered a raised pilothouse yacht that merges a striking exterior profile, new interior design talent, and proven naval architecture. Destined for Miami and the Caribbean, her shallow draft, speed and long-range cruising capability highlight the adaptability of Alia’s custom approach. As the yard prepares to deliver its upcoming 50-meter and 60-meter projects, Ximena sets the tone for a year of significant output.
