Firefly is a 39.65m open yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Mangusta in 2017. Mangusta is responsible for the complete look and feel of the superyacht, having created the interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.76m beam and a 1.7m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 291 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the Mangusta 132 design. Launched in February 2017 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Accommodation
Firefly offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 3 x diesel MTU (16V4000M93) 4,118hp engines, motor yacht Firefly is capable of reaching a top speed of 34 knots, and comfortably cruises at 32 knots. With her 23,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 450 nautical miles at 32 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
