At 32.3 meters, the model introduces a new series of yachts above 100 feet, expanding the Plymouth yard’s reach into larger formats and opening a forthcoming range of 30-meter-plus designs.
A Flexible Superyacht Platform
The Odyssey 106 is built around adaptable layouts. Owners can select from multiple interior arrangements, tailoring the yacht without compromising its sculpted profile. An extensive set of options packages supports this flexibility, streamlining customization without overwhelming prospective buyers.
On the main deck of the motor yacht, the cockpit and transom flow into fold-down balconies, while the upper deck is shaped by floor-to-ceiling glazing, skylights, and the option of a spa bath. A skylounge canopy shades dining for up to ten guests.
The owner’s suite on board the superyacht is conceived as a private retreat, complete with lounge or ante-room, dressing area, and spa-style bathroom. Below, a full-beam VIP cabin can transform into two doubles, creating up to four guest cabins. Forward crew quarters house three cabins for five crew, with a captain’s cabin and mess included.
The 106 Odyssey introduces Princess’s new hybrid fast displacement hull, developed to deliver both range and efficiency. This hull form provides the additional internal volume that supports its versatile layouts, while also extending cruising potential for longer passages.
Princess Vision
“Odyssey represents the next significant step for Princess Yachts – a return to building yachts above 100 feet, without losing the elegance of design or characteristic seakeeping that define us,” said CEO Will Green.
The 106 Odyssey signals a new chapter for Princess superyachts, emphasizing space, craftsmanship, and a platform designed for extended journeys.
Princess Strategy in Focus
Princess also used the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival to map out a wider product plan that frames the 106 Odyssey. At the small-to-mid end, the new Princess C-Class takes the yard into the center-console market for the first time. Lead model C48 arrives in Princess C48 Open and Princess C48 Deck Saloon versions, with outboard or inboard power, and headline speeds above 50 knots in its triple V12 setup. The Open is slated for a Fort Lauderdale 2026 launch, with the Deck Saloon following in autumn 2027.
In the flybridge line, the Princess F54 replaces the F50 with a longer hull, a full-beam owner’s suite, and for this size category a first-time hardtop option. Princess targets a 2027 world debut at boot Düsseldorf.
Sportsboat buyers saw the Mark 4 Princess V65 make its global premiere at Cannes, emphasizing open-plan deck living, a bright main saloon with a panoramic sunroof, and a four-cabin layout for family cruising.
Above these sits the Princess X90, expanding the Princess X Class “super flybridge” concept with curved patio doors, drop-down cockpit bulwarks, and an enclosed skylounge. The model is scheduled for public debut in 2026 at Cannes and Genoa. Taken together, these launches show Princess active across dayboats, flybridges, and high-volume cruisers, with the 106 Odyssey reestablishing a pathway for clients stepping into the superyacht tier.
Princess’s announcements at Cannes and Monaco show a shipyard strengthening every tier of its range. The 106 Odyssey now anchors that strategy at the superyacht level, reaffirming Princess’s intent to serve owners from dayboats through to 30-meter-plus yachts.
