Alberto Mancini Yacht Design has given Heed a contemporary exterior characterized by long horizontal lines, sculpted surfaces and a metallic gray hull. Her relatively low profile conceals substantial outdoor living areas, with particular attention paid to the owner's privacy.
One of Heed's most distinctive features is her forward upper deck, which is reserved entirely for the owner. The panoramic owner's suite opens directly onto a private outdoor terrace featuring a large swimming pool equipped with a counter-current system, allowing guests to swim against the flow of water.

The elevated position provides uninterrupted forward views while keeping the area separate from the yacht's principal guest spaces.
Elsewhere, the aft beach club features another swimming pool and fold-down platforms on either side, substantially increasing the available waterside space when the yacht is at anchor. An additional observation deck provides a secluded elevated viewing area, while the main deck dining room opens onto a fold-down starboard balcony.
According to Alberto Mancini, working within the 499GT limit influenced the yacht's proportions and spatial arrangement. Positioning the owner's accommodation forward on the upper deck was central to the design, providing privacy without sacrificing panoramic views.
Inside Superyacht Heed: Achille Salvagni's Sculptural Interior Design
Achille Salvagni Architetti has designed Heed's interiors around soft, organic forms inspired by water and wind. Curved walls, sculptural furniture and gently changing ceiling heights create a distinctive architectural style on board the motor yacht, with furnishings appearing to emerge from the surrounding surfaces.
The material palette includes brushed, bleached wengé flooring, bleached teak walls, butter-colored parchment and highly polished dark eucalyptus. Metallic accents in copper, rose and deep red introduce warmer tones, while wave-like sofas and rounded armchairs reinforce the interior's sculptural character.
On the main deck, the dining room and salon occupy separate spaces rather than a conventional open-plan arrangement. The fully glazed salon features curved seating arranged in informal groups, while the panoramic dining room opens onto a fold-down starboard balcony.
Forward on the upper deck, the owner's suite features extensive glazing overlooking its private swimming pool and the horizon, creating a bright, open setting with uninterrupted sea views.
What Are the Specifications and Performance Figures of Rossinavi Heed?
Measuring 53m in length with a beam of 9.1m and a maximum draft of 2.5m, Heed features an entirely aluminum construction and naval architecture by Arrabito Naval Architects.
Her fast-displacement hull supports a reported top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 13.3 knots. According to YachtBuyer's fleet database, the yacht accommodates 12 guests across six cabins, supported by a crew of 10.
An important technical feature is Heed's onboard battery system, which allows her to operate at anchor without running her generators. During battery-powered hotel operation, the yacht can maintain onboard services without the associated generator noise and vibrations, providing a quieter environment for guests and producing zero local emissions while operating in this mode.

Heed's unveiling comes during an active period for Rossinavi, with YachtBuyer Intelligence tracking eight yachts either under construction or on order at the Italian shipyard.
Among the projects is the 47m expedition yacht Berserk 47, currently scheduled for delivery in 2027. Unlike Heed, the explorer features a steel displacement hull and aluminum superstructure, with exterior design and naval architecture developed in-house by Rossinavi and interiors by The Touch Studio.
With an internal volume of 499GT, Berserk 47 is designed to accommodate 10 guests and nine crew. Her proposed specifications include a maximum speed of 15 knots and a transatlantic range of approximately 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The explorer will also feature a dedicated beach club with a gym and sauna, alongside a panoramic skylounge, reflecting the variety of full-custom projects currently progressing through Rossinavi's portfolio.
