Both yachts, sold and managed by TWW Yachts, were built at the shipyard’s Antalya facility and will make their joint debut at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show in September.
A Landmark First for the Xplorer 60
The delivery of After You marks the launch of the first Damen Yachting Xplorer 60. Measuring 60 meters with an gross tonnage of 1,160 GT, the yacht was created in collaboration with H2 Yacht Design for the interiors and Azure Yacht Design for the exterior styling, while Damen Yachting oversaw naval architecture.
Designed for both luxury and endurance, After You integrates comfort with long-range expedition capability. Her bold profile is built around a displacement steel hull, while accommodations are arranged for 12 guests and up to 16 crew plus captain. From Mediterranean hotspots to polar cruising, the Xplorer 60 introduces a new dimension to Damen Yachting’s portfolio.
YS53 Emotional: A Capable Partner
Delivered alongside After You, the 53m Emotional joins the proven Damen Yachting YS 53 line. With a gross tonnage of 499, she is equipped to carry additional crew, helicopters, toys, and supplies, providing operational flexibility and logistical support.
Both her interior and exterior were designed in-house by Damen Yachting, with capacity for eight guests and 10 crew plus captain. Functionality drives the design, with emphasis on performance and resilience at sea. Together with After You, Emotional creates a practical and highly capable pairing for owners seeking adventure on a global scale.
Partnership and Project Management
The simultaneous delivery was achieved through collaboration between Damen Yachting’s teams in Antalya and Vlissingen and the project management of TWW Yachts. David Westwood, CEO of TWW Yachts, emphasized that the company’s role was to safeguard the owner’s vision and investment from concept to completion. Damen Yachting’s expertise, he noted, was integral to delivering the pair on time and to specification.
