Monaco Yacht Show 2025 Opens with 115 Superyachts and $2.9 Billion Fleet

The Monaco Yacht Show 2025 has opened in Port Hercule with 115 superyachts on display, stretching 5.42 kilometers along the harbor.

This year’s lineup highlights both scale and shifting market dynamics. The average yacht measures 47 meters and is just over six years old, underscoring a balance between fresh deliveries and established brokerage stars. Sixty new builds and 18 refits join the fleet, with 79 debuts scheduled across the four-day event.

More than half the yachts are officially for sale, with 69 listings carrying a combined value of $2.9 billion and an average asking price of $42.7 million. With an average age of 8.5 years and an average length of 49 meters, the brokerage market stands shoulder-to-shoulder with new launches, setting the stage for a week that will test buying appetite across the industry.

YachtBuyer will be tracking the action throughout the week, with live updates to fleet figures and market movements available on our Monaco Yacht Show 2025 events page.

World Debuts on the Docks

Leading the world debuts is the 107-meter Mar, now the largest confirmed yacht in attendance. Originally launched as Lana, she arrives in Monaco as both a flagship for Benetti and one of the most valuable brokerage opportunities in the world. She takes the top spot after Feadship’s 119-meter Breakthrough was withdrawn from the lineup at the last minute following her sale.

Brokerage Giants and Show Debuts

Several established names are drawing equal attention. Feadship’s 76.5-meter Boardwalk makes its Monaco debut after a refit earlier this year, presenting Amy Halffman interiors paired with a De Voogt exterior. The 63.95-meter Lady Marina returns to Monaco with Donald Starkey interiors and a reputation as one of Feadship’s enduring classics, while Wedge Too, at 65 meters, continues to stand apart as Philippe Starck’s first yacht design.

The brokerage market’s upper tier is represented by Oceanco’s 90-meter Luna, listed at €218,000,000. Known at launch as Dar, her futuristic glass superstructure and Nuvolari Lenard interior remain among the most distinctive on the water.

Alongside her, the 89-meter Here Comes the Sun carries an asking price of €165,000,000, presenting her post-refit lengthening that introduced two helipads and a vast spa. Amels’ 77.8-meter Energy, on the market asking €185,000,000, also joins the lineup, a fully custom build that unites Espen Øino’s sculptural lines with Zuretti’s intricate interiors, including a martial arts studio and multiple pools.

Above them all, the 107-meter Mar stands not only as the largest confirmed yacht in attendance but also the most expensive currently on the market - Mar is listed for sale on YachtBuyer with an asking price of €195,000,000.

Model Debuts Signal Industry Trends

Beyond the individual yachts, Monaco is again a stage for model launches that will define future order books. Benetti introduces the Benetti B.Now 67M Oasis, represented by Lady Estey, which extends the shipyard’s Oasis Deck concept and has already collected major design awards.

Tankoa unveils the Tankoa T55 Sportiva, represented by Loewe after the originally scheduled Rose was pulled from the lineup. The 55-meter yacht stays under the 500GT threshold while incorporating standout features such as an underwater beach club, a retractable cinema mast, and an owner’s suite with a private hot tub. The Bilgin 163 II, shown through Camila, also makes its debut, bringing Turkish craftsmanship into a 50-meter yacht with high speed and strong styling.

Other premieres include the 46.78-meter Cantiere delle Marche RJ 155, the 36m SilverYachts Spacecat 36M catamaran with its focus on stability and volume, and the Zeelander 8, a 23.9-meter flagship that pushes the Dutch builder’s retro-modern style firmly into superyacht territory.

More Than Yachts: The Monaco Atmosphere

The Monaco Yacht Show has long extended beyond the yachts themselves, and 2025 continues that tradition. Alongside the fleet, visitors can expect forums on sustainability, curated design showcases, and a strong presence from luxury lifestyle brands. On the quays, the Adventure Area returns with submersibles, tenders, and exploration equipment, underscoring the show’s focus on the next generation of yachting.

It is this mix of yachts, market insight, and wider cultural context that cements Monaco each September as the superyacht industry’s most visible stage - part showcase, part marketplace, and part festival.
