52m RMK LIVIA Superyacht Offered With Core, Aura and Infinite Configurations

Turkish shipyard RMK Yachts has revealed three configuration options for its new 52m LIVIA superyacht - Core, Aura and Infinite.

First introduced as a 68m concept in 2024 and developed into a series at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show, each configuration introduces a different selection of amenities, technical equipment and classification requirements, giving buyers greater flexibility. Red Yacht Design is responsible for the exterior and interior design, while Van Oossanen Naval Architects developed the naval architecture.

LIVIA Core, Aura and Infinite Explained

The current LIVIA measures 52m overall, with a waterline length of 49.9m, a beam of 9.1m and a draft of 2.6m. Built with a steel displacement hull and aluminum superstructure, the yacht remains below the 500 gross tonnage threshold at 499GT. The standard arrangement accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, supported by nine crew across five cabins, with Core, Aura and Infinite all sharing the same underlying platform but differing in equipment and layout to suit distinct ownership styles.

LIVIA’s exterior is defined by long horizontal lines, gently curved surfaces and extensive glazing, with large openings that connect interior guest areas to the exterior decks and a stern arranged around an open, multilevel beach club. The three specifications go beyond cosmetic variation, with changes to classification, propulsion, tender capacity, range and key amenities:

  • Core is focused on private family use
  • Aura is optimised for entertaining and charter
  • Infinite is designed for more ambitious long-range cruising

LIVIA Core: Designed for Private Family Cruising

Core is the family-oriented specification for owners who expect to use LIVIA primarily as a private yacht. Its layout places greater emphasis on informal shared spaces, privacy and comfortable day-to-day living.

Red Yacht Design proposes warm materials, soft textures and restrained colors throughout the interior. Outdoor areas follow the same direction, with seating and relaxation spaces intended for quieter family use rather than large-scale entertaining. Core would be built to Bureau Veritas pleasure yacht classification. Its deck equipment includes a 4.5m tender positioned on the forward main deck and a two-tonne crane aft.

Owners can add a fixed balcony to the master cabin, providing a private outdoor area directly beside the suite. The interior specification can also include a cinema or an alternative wellness and massage room, depending on how the owner plans to use the yacht.

IPS propulsion gives LIVIA Core a stated maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. RMK quotes a range of 3,500 nautical miles, supporting extended regional cruising and longer passages between destinations.

LIVIA Aura: More Space for Guests and Gatherings

Aura is intended for owners who place greater value on entertaining, larger gatherings and potential commercial operation. The specification introduces more open social areas, brighter materials and several features that increase guest capacity. Unlike Core, Aura is designed to meet Bureau Veritas commercial yacht classification. The distinction makes it the most charter-focused LIVIA option, although it can still be ordered for private use.

A seventh guest cabin is available, extending the accommodation beyond LIVIA’s standard six-cabin arrangement. The superyacht can also be specified with a swimming pool on the aft main deck and a folding bulwark platform, enlarging the waterside space when at anchor.

Aura carries a larger 6.3m tender on the forward main deck, supported by a three-tonne crane aft. Optional full-height windows and flush doors between the exterior deck, main salon and skylounge are intended to create clearer sightlines and easier movement through the main guest spaces.

The propulsion and performance figures remain the same as Core, with a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles.

LIVIA Infinite: Equipped for More Ambitious Voyages

Infinite is LIVIA’s exploration-focused specification. It adds hybrid-assisted IPS propulsion, heavier deck machinery and equipment intended for owners planning to travel beyond established cruising grounds. The motor yacht is designed to meet Bureau Veritas 1D Ice Class requirements. This would prepare LIVIA for operation in colder regions and waters where light ice conditions may be encountered.

A 6.3m tender can be stored on the forward main deck, while the aft crane capacity rises to four tonnes. The additional lifting capacity gives owners greater freedom when selecting tenders, water toys or expedition equipment. Infinite can also be specified with a folding balcony adjoining the master cabin, along with a dedicated gym and sauna. Its exterior lighting package includes 18 underwater lights, compared with ten for Aura and four positioned at the stern of Core.

The hybrid propulsion arrangement of the explorer yacht changes the performance profile. Infinite has a stated maximum speed of 15 knots and cruises at 10 knots, while range rises to 4,000 nautical miles. The hybrid system is also intended to support quieter operation and reduce reliance on generators while at anchor.
