VIDEO: Prestige M7 Catamaran Makes First Appearance in Italy Ahead of Cannes Debut

Prestige Yachts has released the first video footage of its new Prestige M7 catamaran, captured during early cruising in Italy ahead of her ongoing voyage to Dubrovnik.

The 18m yacht is the latest model in the Prestige M-Line range, offering a mid-size layout built for coastal cruising.

While more photography is expected soon, this early look offers a glimpse of the yacht underway, highlighting her wide stance, extended flybridge, and spacious deck areas. The Prestige M7 is built in GRP and features a twin-hull configuration aimed at maximizing onboard volume without compromising cruising performance.

Onboard the Prestige M7: Design and Deck Layout

The M7’s multihull design introduces a notably different experience from Prestige’s monohull ranges, with a layout geared toward comfort and social use at anchor or under way. Spanning three decks, the yacht's standard layout features a large open flybridge, an expansive main deck saloon with wraparound glazing, and dedicated guest cabins on the lower deck.

The flybridge on the catamaran includes helm controls, a shaded lounge, and outdoor dining. Below, the main deck connects indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors, while the foredeck and aft cockpit both serve as relaxed social areas.

Accommodation: Space for Eight Guests

The Prestige M7 accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins, with additional space for a crew of up to three. Layouts can be customized to suit owner preferences, offering flexibility in terms of interior configuration, finishes, and amenities.

The multihull of the motor yacht format not only delivers greater stability and deck space, but also enables a near full-beam owner’s suite forward, complete with ensuite and panoramic views. Guest cabins benefit from natural light and privacy, reflecting the shipyard’s approach to onboard comfort.

Powered by twin Volvo D8-550 V-Drive engines, the M7 cruises at 17 knots. She carries a fuel capacity of 2,900 liters and holds A12 certification for extended offshore voyages, in addition to B, C, and D category ratings.

The Prestige M7 will make its world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.

Completing the M-Line Family

The arrival of the M7 completes a trio in Prestige’s M-Line catamaran range, joining the larger M8 and the original M48 - both YachtBuyer reviewed.

Unveiled at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival, the 20m Prestige M8 is the shipyard's flagship multihull. It cruises at 15 knots and offers up to five cabins, featuring a standout 30m² owner’s suite forward. The model has earned multiple accolades, including the 2024 Yacht Style Award for Power Catamarans Over 15m.
