Prestige F4.3 Yacht to Make 2025 Cannes Debut with Updated Deck Layouts

The Prestige F4.3 will make its show debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, introducing a sleek 43-foot flybridge yacht with updated deck layouts and a reimagined galley.

Positioned as the successor to the best-selling Prestige 420, the F4.3 is the new entry-level model in the Prestige F-Line range, offering a more modern take on a proven platform.

A Fresh Look, Familiar Foundations

Designed by Garroni Design in collaboration with Prestige’s in-house team, the F4.3 retains the proven hull of the outgoing 420 but introduces a number of key updates. Most notably, the main deck has been reworked to better connect interior and exterior living spaces, while the galley has been redesigned with a broad, beam-width layout and twin glass doors on either side. The large central window lifts on gas struts to reveal an 'Ocean View Galley' with a bar-style shelf outside – a concept pulled from larger F-Line models and adapted neatly to this 13.07-meter platform.

As part of a wider design refresh, the styling plates flanking the side decks echo the aesthetic of larger Prestige yachts, and the addition of teak treads and updated fixtures raises the perception of quality throughout. A new bronze-accented interior by Valentina Militerno de Romedis brings modern materials and harmonious tones to the saloon and cabins, paired with thoughtfully integrated lighting and texture.

Social Spaces Up Top and Aft

The F4.3’s flybridge offers a sociable layout that makes efficient use of its footprint, with a generous C-shaped dinette surrounding a folding dining table and a sunpad adjacent to the helm. Owners of the motor yacht can opt for a collapsible bimini or a fixed hardtop, depending on their preference for shade or sun. A fridge is neatly built into the base of the flybridge table, making it easy to serve cold drinks without running below deck.

Down at the stern, the cockpit seating arrangement faces the galley, with a modular table that drops to create a sunpad. A grill and sink are housed in the wet bar just above the hydraulic swim platform, placing outdoor cooking at the heart of the social area without taking up deck space elsewhere. Meanwhile, a deep locker beneath provides practical storage right at the water’s edge.

Two-Cabin Interior for Comfortable Cruising

Below deck, the Prestige F4.3 is configured with two cabins and a flexible saloon berth option, sleeping up to four. The owner’s cabin is positioned amidships and features hull-side windows, storage on both sides, and a spacious ensuite layout (optional in place of standard wardrobe space). Headroom is partially restricted by the raised saloon overhead, though design adjustments improve standing height along one side.

The forward VIP cabin benefits from better overall headroom, integrated storage, and a private entrance to the day head. With natural light from both a hull window and a foredeck hatch, this cabin feels bright and well-proportioned for a 43-foot yacht.

Throughout the lower deck, Prestige has focused on maximizing usable space while introducing high-quality finishes, smart storage solutions, and flexibility in layout. The convertible saloon dinette and dual-access galley reinforce the F4.3’s suitability for weekend getaways and casual coastal cruising.

Driving and Performance on the F4.3

Power comes from twin Volvo Penta D6-440 engines on V-drive shafts, delivering a top speed of up to 32 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots. A joystick control system is included as standard on most specifications, aiding low-speed maneuvering in tight berths. Though there is no stabilizer option due to space limitations, the boat’s hull form and shaft drive configuration promise a comfortable ride for her size.

At both helms, Volvo and Garmin MFDs offer full engine data and navigation control. The lower helm is practical for foul-weather cruising but could benefit from some ergonomic improvements. The upper helm, by contrast, offers excellent visibility and access to all controls, making it the preferred station in most conditions.

Cannes Debut for Prestige’s New M7 Catamaran

Sharing the spotlight with the F4.3, the new Prestige M7 will make its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival. At 17.84 meters, this multihull flagship of the M-Line range offers four cabins and accommodation for up to eight guests. Designed for extended cruising and refined onboard living, the M7 delivers expansive volume, thanks to its twin-hull platform, and a focus on quiet, comfortable performance.

Its flybridge and main deck layouts emphasize open-air relaxation, while the lower deck provides private, hotel-style accommodation. Positioned as a step into the world of luxury catamarans, the M7 reflects Prestige’s ambition to grow its multihull presence in the premium segment.

The arrival of the F4.3 signals Prestige’s continued commitment to the compact flybridge market, updating a proven platform with fresh design and practical features. Debuting alongside the new M7 multihull, it highlights the shipyard’s dual focus on refining its core range while expanding into new territory.
