Announced ahead of the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, scheduled to run from 9-14 September, the all-new Azimut Magellano 27M heralds what the brand proudly dubs the "new Voyager era".
Blending long-range capability with soulful, architectural interiors, the superyacht celebrates both freedom at sea and a deeper connection with nature.
With primary specifications indicating an LOA of 26.2m (85.95ft) or 27.38m (89.82ft) with an extended platform, plus a beam of 6.85m (22.47ft), the Magellano 27M has been conceived for connoisseurs who value rarity over convention. Her distinctive character is shaped by the vision of Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsén for the exteriors and AMDL CIRCLE with Michele De Lucchi for the interiors, marking their debut in yacht design.

Design Evolution: A Return to Substance and Light
The Magellano 27M stands apart from her predecessors with her radical simplicity. Exterior designer Jarkko Jämsén has stripped back ornamental excess to craft what he terms a “bare shape”, a hull that acts as a reflector, merging architecture with the sea’s natural rhythms. In contrast to earlier Magellano models, known for their curved and soft lines, the 27M introduces crisp engineering with defined edges, industrial fillets, and an enveloping loop that blends precision with fluidity.
While previous models in the range of motor yachts focused on elegant continuity, the 27M challenges with sculptural juxtaposition, its purity of form becoming a canvas for light, water, and sky.

A New Voice For Azimut Magellano
Here lies the heart of the 27M’s distinction: she is the Voyager reimagined. Earlier models in the Azimut Magellano range have been built on comfort and continuity; the Magellano 27M builds on contrast and conversation: the conversation between design and nature, architecture and light, engineering and emotion.
For owners who prize more than luxury, the new Azimut Magellano 27M is not simply a yacht. It’s the embodiment of a new sensibility.

Interiors: The Loggia as Departure Point for Presence
Offering a five-cabin layout, along with two crew cabins, a handful of primary renderings have been unveiled. The main deck interiors for the Azimut Magellano 27M introduce a design signature previously unseen in the series: an interior crafted as an architectural loggia. AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi bring a Mediterranean sensibility to the table that elevates the spatial experience.
Where earlier models might separate indoor from outdoor environments with mere glazing, the 27M's loggia dissolves that boundary entirely, with wooden beams echoing pergolas, glass that frames and softens light, and materials that invite the sea inside rather than enclosing it.

The intentional choice of light wood and nuanced metal details diverges from the more traditional and ornate interiors typical of past Azimut Magellano yachts, signaling a shift toward openness and an intimate connection with the horizon.
