Inside the Sirena 118: First Images of the Turkish Yard’s Largest GRP Superyacht

Turkish shipyard Sirena Yachts has unveiled the first interior renderings of its new 36-metre superyacht model, the Sirena 118, offering a first glimpse inside what will become the brand’s flagship composite vessel.

Unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show, the model is now under construction in Yalova, Turkey, with delivery of Hull 1 expected in 2026. Featuring interiors by renowned Dutch designer Cor D. Rover, the Sirena 118/01 blends contemporary styling with custom flexibility, aimed at owners seeking sub-300GT luxury with global cruising capability.

Featuring cream upholstery, light wood finishes, and bronze accents, the interior is described as “highly elegant” with integrated soft lighting to enhance the ambience throughout different times of the day. The layout features accommodation for up to 12 guests and seven crew, with a VIP and four guest cabins on the lower deck, and an expansive owner’s area on the main deck that can optionally span two levels with a private relaxation zone and fold-down balcony.

The yacht's social zones are equally well considered, including a curvaceous aft lounge with informal dining, an upper deck hosting an al fresco dining area and wet bar, and a foredeck Jacuzzi surrounded by loungers and sunpads.

Naval architecture comes from Germán Frers, with a fast displacement hull capable of 16 knots with twin MAN V12 1550hp engines. A more powerful 3,800hp setup using twin V12-1900 could boost top speed to 21 knots, with efficient cruising at 11 knots.

Sirena Yachts CEO Çağin Genç praised the collaboration with Rover: “The interior design is sharp and contemporary with a deep appreciation of the yachting lifestyle.”

According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the Sirena 118 is just one of six superyachts currently on Sirena’s forward order book, confirming strong interest in the brand’s larger, custom-capable offerings.

As construction progresses on Hull 1, the Sirena 118 signals the Turkish builder’s ambitious push into the upper end of the superyacht segment, combining high-spec engineering, custom design flexibility, and a compelling value proposition in the sub-500GT class - while Hull 2 remains on track for delivery in 2027.
