Award-Nominated 47m Mengi Yay S1 Superyacht Serenissima I Sees €1M Price Cut

The superyacht Serenissima I has seen a price drop of €1,000,000 and, according to YachtBuyer Market Watch, is now asking €33,950,000.

A finalist in multiple 2025 yacht design awards, Serenissima I is the first unit in the S1 model and exhibits a distinctive vision brought to life by Nuvolari Lenard, who oversaw both exterior and interior design. Naval architecture was handled by Van Oossanen.

The main saloon on board the superyacht for sale is arranged for both relaxation and entertainment, complete with panoramic windows and a large TV. Forward of this space, a dedicated lounge features a fold-down balcony and transforms from study to cinema as needed. This is no ordinary layout - instead of placing the owner’s suite forward on the main deck, the space is dedicated to a ‘gentleman’s lounge,’ designed around social gathering and informal comfort.

Teak decks run throughout the yacht for sale, and there’s a clear focus on usable exterior spaces. A major talking point is the boxing ring on the foredeck - a removable setup with flush footing and secure netting points for crew-assembled sparring sessions. It’s a rare and playful detail, tailored to the owner’s personal interests.

The sundeck is a highlight, with space for sunloungers, a shaded lounge, and a mini pool. A crew staircase offers discreet service access, reinforcing the separation between guest and crew spaces. The cockpit and beach club area also take on real importance here, with a folding bulwark and a crane capable of lifting heavy tenders or toys.

The motor yacht for sale accommodates ten guests across five cabins. Her standout owner’s suite is positioned on the bridge deck aft - a deliberate inversion of the traditional layout. This location grants the owner maximum privacy and views, with a spacious ensuite and access to a private terrace. Retractable glass allows this terrace to be enjoyed year-round, creating a semi-enclosed space with panoramic visibility.
