VIDEO: 111M Oceanco superyacht Y726 successfully launches ahead of sea trials

Y726, a 111m (364.2ft) superyacht from Dutch builder Oceanco, has left the Alblasserdam yard as she prepares for sea trials, with delivery remaining on track for later this year.

Marking one of the largest superyachts to emerge from the yard, superyacht Y726 was commissioned in 2022 by a returning experienced owner who had previously worked with Oceanco.

Returning to Alblasserdam for outfitting in December 2023, superyacht Y726 made quite an impression on the industry with her temporary wrap designed by Rotterdam-based graffiti artist I AM EELCO.

Exterior lines of the yacht come from Espen Øino, while Mark Berryman has created a family-oriented interior. Naval architecture is by Lateral Naval Architects, together with Oceanco’s in-house team and the owner’s long-standing representative, Dan Jackson of Falcon Yacht Management.

This project is the result of bold design ambition and robust engineering. Through close collaboration with Oceanco and the project's design partners, Y726 stands as a testament not only to engineering enabling design at the highest level, but also to the power of collaboration as a catalyst for excellence.

Boasting a beam of 16m (52.5ft) and a gross tonnage of 4,550GT, superyacht Y726 is among the shipyard’s largest yachts by volume, and upon delivery she will be firmly slotted in the middle of the YB100 listing of the world's biggest yachts, currently set to rank number 56 - adjacent to fellow Oceanco superyacht KAOS.

She is set to be a standout addition to the Oceanco fleet, and we’re grateful for the strong partnerships with our co-makers, design team, and the owner’s team that brought this vision to life.
